"Frustrated by 95% of Sales Coming from 3rd Party – Anyone Else?"

Lately, I’ve noticed that around 95% of my sales are coming through third-party and it's really discouraging. The earnings from these sales are significantly lower compared to how it was before, and it's starting to feel like all the effort I put into designing and promoting isn't paying off fairly.

there are just SO MANY ways  that a sale can get hijacked into a 3rd party sale.. I used to get a decent amount of 'none' as well.. and this new system ? SUCKS... sorry, but it does..  take a look.. this makes me sick.. I even asked in the technical forum how my own purchase on a clean link .. cache and cookies cleared ended up a 3rd party sale.. when it should have been none..  that should not have happened.. and I have YET to hear from zazzle with an explanation..   I despise this new royalty system.. it really makes you feel like why try? Like the sale below.. yeah.. not liking this new system AT ALL

Before, if we got a 3rd party sale, was the royalty cut in half?  If not, what changed?  And what is 'none'?  Does that mean the person found us in a general search on the marketplace?  Why is the Ambassador program so bad for sellers?  Should we opt out of it?  I'm sorry for all the questions.  I'm somewhat out of the loop on this.

If you opt out of the AP, every link you've ever put out into the web world will become useless. You still will be charged their excessive over 10% royalty fee, be charged for 3rd party sales and subject to their "advertisement" fee depending on the niche.

It's useless to opt out.

Good gravy!  No way then to opt out.  So why am I reading some comments that say being in the AP drains more of our royalties?  Is Zazzle charging extra for sellers to be in that program?

"So why am I reading some comments that say being in the AP drains more of our royalties?"

Because the old ways of doing business with Zazzle are gone.

There are so many posts and threads about the changes that took place on April 1 of this year in this forum. I'm not going to into the whole deal because they've been talked about so much. If you use the Help Center provided on the right hand side of this page. Go to Selling  and scroll down to Ambassador Program you will see how their fees have changed. Unfortunately, there is no link in that article pointing you to their TOS.

i appreciate the info.  Thank you!

About my store is going really not good recently. No sales from months. waiting for bugs/erros fixing on my account from them. I reported to them on beginning on 2023 and still waiting. I called Zazzle last Friday by phone again and I'm still waiting some concrete intervention.

My mother show compassion to me saing world is going on, anyway...

Not quite unfortunately... And I'm not dreaming to change the world.

It seems MANY of us are frustrated in the decrease in our sale due to these changes. Ive read through these post and see that not one reply has been from zazzle, no solutions, nothing! Is that our answer?
