I received the form from Zazzle, but some data is wrong: Wrong date of birth, wrong TIN number and additional useless code in the address.
My W8-BEN I submitted was correct.
I really do not know what someone is trying to do. I reported and still waiting for updates and about what happened.
I explaned also other things going wrong on my Zazzle account to support and I'm waiting from long time.
I explained things much times, not only to Zazzle.
Someone believe it please...
Thanks

If it is just an errors, no problems. But everything must be done appropriately in order to correct and record it correctly to IRS. I applied correctly in my country for tax purposes.

according to the IRS my 1042-S form from 2021 doesn't even exist... I asked Zazzle to check what happened and haven't received the solution for more than a year. Every time I ask about the progress, they say that it will take time. So, I can't get a part of my tax returned, and it is not a small amount at all. Also the IRS won't start working on my taxes for the 2022 and 2023 until the problem with 2021 is resolved.

I do not mind and I do not know about connection between Zazzle and IRS, I do not mind and I do not know about who has to apply for that, who does not want, who verifies, who are the agents, emplyees, tax professionals/consultants. I'm ok with my tax pupouses on my country. I received the copy of the form from Zazzle without asking for that, so I keep on my files. As this year there is an error, it must be revised/corrected and/or re-applied correctly, I do not know the IRS procedures. I do not mind what other's do, I will continue as I do, as it is one appropriate way to do/work.
