Royalty Calculator Not Working Properly

When I create new products and set my royalty at 10%, the calculator is showing an incorrect royalty amount. For example, I created a keychain at a price of $14.55. A 10% royalty would be $1.45. But instead the royalty calculator shows $1.17. This issue is showing on all the products I’ve created today.

@Jadendreamer13
My original post is buried 6 or so pages deep. I have not heard anything since, and no other response on the forum.
The problem is ongoing, I definitely have created products that now have different royalties than products created before the issue. The base royalty and advanced royalty are way off, something is really wrong with it. The base is wrong , the advanced is right, but the product uses the base royalty instead.
Here it is:
On 01-23-2023 11:48 AM I posted ‘base royalty percentage different from advanced’
<https://community.zazzle.com/t5/technical-issues/base-royalty-percentage-different-from-advanced/td-...>
@Scott and mods, could we get an answer as to whether this is a glitch,and also if so when it will be fixed? I created a product and compared base royalty percentage against advanced, the advanced is correct, the base which is much lower, is not. Also there is a big difference in the two for the same product/same percentage, please explain why. Thank you.

Has anyone checked to see if the royalties we're actually being paid are correct? In other words, is the problem simply with the calculator or is it with the actual calculation of paid royalties?

I'm thinking that whatever problem is going on, it also extends to the instant download royalty calculator. I created a poster and made it available for download at the suggested rate of 94.25%. The calculator said the price would be $14.80 and I would make $5.23. On the two instant download posters that I've actually sold, I did indeed make $5.23, but the price was only $7.40. If I open the details for either product that actually sold, it also says that the price would be $14.80 and the royalty would be $5.23. I'm confused!

Edited to Nevermind. I was gonna suggest that you post this under technical issues to be sure that a ticket got created, but it looks like @idraw has already done that.

We do monitor this forum, and we're aware of the report. Roberta responded right away to idraw's thread in Technical when he posted it.
We're very sorry that we haven't been able to provide a better response to this one just yet. The original report was made by idraw two days ago, and it's my understanding that another member of the Software QA team picked up the report. I've been hyper-focused on Digital, so I'm not completely familiar with things here.
Locking this conversation as a duplicate. We'll be providing future updates in the other discussion here.
