Royalty Not Matching

Recently i sold a digital download of one of my products . I set my Royalty to 90% and got a sel referal.

i think i should have gotten atleast 8$ but ended up getting around 4$ . what could be the issue here?

@sanainvi  If you click on the eye icon Zazzle will give you the details including the referral part. 🙂

Mom is correct. You will see all the deductions from your Royalty after clicking the eye. Zazzle's marketing fee can be up to 50% of your initial Royalty amount.

Digital downloads have unfortunately been like this since April 1, 2025 when the changes were made. You can only earn up to a certain % amount between the royalty and referral combined.  I had brought this up from the start, and sadly nothing has changed. I don't think it's fair that we are punished for referring. The only way to receive your full royalty on digitals is a 'None' order.

Nothing has changed seems to be a pattern lately.
