I have a set of vinyl stickers used for labeling bottles and jars filled with homemade items such as jam, spice mixes, etc. Searching in my store, I discovered this set can't be found under labels, stickers, or vinyl stickers. Searching for "label," only stationery labels are listed. Same for "vinyl stickers" or "vinyl labels." Only when I search on "food labels" does it show up. Granted, I initially placed these stickers in "food labels," but is not "labels" a part of the product name? This tells me that a person searching the marketplace won't find all stickers or labels. They must know what they're looking for and then how Zazzle categorizes it.
I'm surprised a customer actually found my product.
This is a fine example of why a drill-down method should be used in the general search. I should be able to start with "label" and then drill down to "food" or maybe even further.

I pretty much never use Zazzle on my phone; I'm a laptop gal all the way. But my wait in the car repair customer seating area stretched into 3 hours so I decided to see what it was like to browse Zazzle on the phone. Good news. It's optimized for drilldown.
I put "labels" in the search bar. It popped up a quadrant of department icons where I might find labels; including Home and Living. Further scrolling gave sub department icons such as "return address labels" and "product labels". Further scrolling after that was all the labels (all 1,527,571 of them) and when I clicked on Filters it gave me a menu of all possible departments that have labels, the subsets of departments therein (such as "Kitchen and Dining"), the adhesive types, possible shapes and possible sizes as well as the Recipients/Occasions filter.
After seeing that, it seems clear that a customer searching for food labels on a phone would find them quickly and easily by drilldown.

I just now followed your lead and did it on a desktop, and you're right. I very quickly found the labels I'd searched for in my store. The question is this: Why don't we have a better search within our stores? Also, would a customer visiting our store have as much trouble as we have when trying to find something in it?

I too wish the store search mirrored the MP search, which is far superior. I also wish the drilldown was more refined, like it is in the MP. But at least it's good to know that the customers are using a better search in the MP than we are in the back end.
