Just what is Zazzle playing at ? Seems to me Zazzle has no respect for many of us who helped put them where they are today. Member since 2011!

It looks like I might be facing the same payment issue some of you have mentioned recently.
2024: My payment was temporarily held because my account form had expired.
November 2024: I submitted the updated form immediately. After this, I received the next three payments without issues.
Two days ago: Received an automated email claiming my form “expired over a year ago.”
Today: My payment was blocked again, citing the same reason.

Oh that rings a bell though I have not received any email about it. However I posted here months ago that I couldn't reply to a customer question. It was an issue because some form would not accept my phone number. Could that be it, though very bad service from Zazzle after 14 years! I will have to go for a look around. Though as Zazzle is today I doubt I will find any help. Nice being ripped off! Thank you for your reply

I received the same email two days ago and promptly submitted the updated form. I’m now wondering how long it will take to process the form and resume payments. Since we’re facing this issue, I’m commenting here in the hope that someone on the team can take notice and resolve it soon.

Same thing happend to me to. January 9th 2024 Zazzle informed me that my Tax Form expired I submitted the Form immediately and everything was fine I received the payment that month and every month after that until this march. March 13th 2025 I receive the email from Zazzle that my Tax Form expired a year ago. How can that be if the form was accepted in January 2024 and it lasts three years as Zazzle says. So on March 14th 2025 my payment was paused. For the first time in six years I haven’t received my payment. I am writing here and have wrote about this case to several Zazzle addresses in hope for fast action on this subject. I am also tagging @Fiona who has helped many designers with similar issues. Please Fiona if you can please help me with this, as I am feeling very anxious about this situation.

It is the second month that I haven't received my payment too, I guess I'll have to submit that W8-BEN form again.
