I have a silly question please entertain me........................here goes. If someone shares my product before I share it (Pinterest, etc.) does that mean they would receive the extra earning percent before I would? Would I then only get a third-party sale? Or does it go by what persons post they click on to purchase the product. Example: they see my product posted on someone else site and buys it instead of clicking on my Pinterest to buy the product?  Thank you.

It's not time dependent. If you and ninety-nine other people share your product, the referral would go to whoever's link the customer follows. It could be you and you get a self-referral, or it could be one of them and they'll get a third party referral.

Thank you that answers my question.

If I'm understanding your question correctly no. If someone else posts your product the link will include their associate ID. Your link that you post will be "clean". That ID # or lack of ID number is recorded by the cookie that is made when the person accesses the Zazzle website. If the person clicks on the 3rd party link they will get the sale, but if they click on yours you will. It is dependent very much on which link the person clicks - not who posts a link first.

Yes, does it depend on which link the person click on first?  Or does it depend on who's link they choose no matter who posted first?
