Shirts with designs on the sleeves???

I have received numerous requests to create designs that include optional sleeve printing. I'm surprised this feature isn't available, especially given the popularity of sleeve printing over the past three years. Am I overlooking something? Is there a specific shirt that offers this option that I haven't found? Thank you, Amanda
