System message from “Zazzle Support”

Hello, I just received a message through the message system on my store from someone claiming to be from Zazzle support. I suspect it is spam.

could someone from Zazzle please verify if Zazzle would ever contact designers this way?

I am sorry to hear that you received a message like this.

Our support team would only reach out via chat on Zazzle in very rare circumstances. If a member of the team does reach out via chat on Zazzle, the account would be clearly marked to ensure it is in fact a member of the team.

If this happens again, you can always reach out to us to double check if there is any uncertainty. You can also block and report any users within chat as well if necessary.
