There’s no pending payment this month, and it’s already the 6th

Can anyone tell me if they've received their pending payment in the history section? Today is the 6th, and I'm still waiting with no update. Any moderators available to help?

Hi, there is a thread in Technical issues on this also but no answers there. I still show no pending payment, as several others have also reported. https://community.zazzle.com/t5/technical-issues/current-total-balance-has-not-cleared-yet/m-p/17743...

this obviously isn't happening to everyone or there would be far more people on here asking what is going on. There are at least 3 different threads on it, one dated November 5th, and yet no response in any of them from Zazzle.

Add me to the list of not getting paid.   Told me my EIN was wrong last month and I didn't get paid.  No pending payment so far this month.  Starting to wonder if Zazzle is having Financial difficulties and is stalling payments ... different groups at different times, just enough to make numbers and be able to pay employees.. things that make you go Hmmm ...

When they said your EIN number was wrong, who was "they"?  How did you contact them.  I'm still not paid.

Hi all, while we generally place payments into a pending state at the start of the month, we really don't have this set in stone and have never stated so either. As you can all see now, the payment have been placed into pending. Thanks.

It's 7:00 Friday night and I was not paid.  If Zazzle was not going to pay people today due to whatever reason, they have a responsibility to tell us.

Hi all. Apologies for my delay in getting back here. Please note that anyone who has not got paid now will not for this month. If you believe you were above threshold, have not made and changes or clicked "save" in your payment settings after the last day of last month, than please reach out to us to investigate what might have went wrong. Thank you. 

The amount of Royalty HAS updated on my Summary page this week (19 days into the month of November rather than the usual 3 days into the month) however since I have NOT received any payment this month, and according to your post, James, I WILL NOT be paid this month, Yes,  this is me "reaching out" to know what has gone wrong.  If posting the explanation on this Private Forum is not acceptable to you, you may email me at [email address removed]

An UPDATE, because we are all grown-ups here.

I received an email this morning from a lady on "the community team" telling me that the reason I was not paid in November is that my earnings were not sufficient to meet the PayPal threshold of $50.

Actually, I DO keep track of my sales!!

Yes.

My royalty for the 45 days prior to November 3, added up to an amount well over twice the PayPal threshold.

That same figure was the exact amount that SUDDENLY updated on my Sales Summary on November 19, after not updating for the month.

The truth is:  "Something happened and we blew it."  and maybe:  "That person who screwed up has been re-educated, we're sorry, and it won't happen again."

Thanks.  I will be happy to get the really BIG December PayPal transmittal.

Just in case anyone is counting . . . I didn't word that very well.  Sales that would have been 45 days old by Nov 3 is what I counted.

Should we begin to worry NOW?

It is the evening of December 4, 2024.  We "ordinarily" have the posted amount of this month's Royalty on our accounting reports page by now.

And, please don't tell me again that there "may not have been sufficient Sales" from my 18 Shops - I am a PRO Silver Shopkeeper and there IS plenty of cleared Royalty for me to expect to see a post from you, Zazzle.

I worked at Braniff Airlines in the early 1980s and lived through their excuses - things are looking scarily familiar.

Some reassurance would truly be welcomed.  Thank you.

Its 8th of dec and sales money from 6th of last month has still not been cleared . what's going on ?

Zazzle and Forums seem to be on Holiday hault. Its almost 7th Jan and this months payment is still not been queued for debit.
