Transferring Your Zazzle Account to Heirs

In December a illness led to me being on  a ventilator. I'm fine and healthy now, however, I feel I need to make arrangements just in case.  I have a family member with a disability who I help support. If something were to happen to me I would want them to have my Zazzle stores, all of my art and all of the profits. They could continue running them. Is there a way that I could add their name to my account? Or, can there only be only one name per account?  Any advice would be appreciated.

I am having a similar issue. I am undergoing tests right now to determine if I have cancer, but it looks like that is exactly what it is. I would like to leave my PODs accounts to my granddaughter. She is artistic, but I don't really know if she would be interesting in contributing her art. I will give her the information to get into and run my account just as if she were me. I would like to contact you in a private message with a link to some information on that subject that was published on a different POD. I am not sure it will open if you are not a member of the POD. But I can give it a try.

I am going thru the same thing. I am having major surgery and I'm worried about the future, so I made a will and attached to the will, a digital estate plan and had it notarized. It list all my login information for my online accounts and who is to take care of all these accounts and what to do with them. Here is a good link to get some information, How to build a digital estate plan I hope this helps.

Scott, would an estate manager or the person who was "willed" the Zazzle store just contact customer service in this event, or as store owners, do we need to contact customer service ahead of time to set it up with Zazzle?

If the store owner is able to contact us then that's probably the best route forward.

Just how do I contact customer care and why does Zazzle make it so hard to find a way to contact any kind of support?

Is there any reason why we can't will our stores to someone, provide our password and allow them to get in and change the personal information?

But it would be helpful if Zazzle could build in some sort of "beneficiary" within our account to make the process easy.

Scott-  I am also in this situation and waiting for your response to both Randy's Grandma (how to contact the "customer care department" vs. the customer service department since this is not a product issue; and MasterpieceCafe question re: simply including store owner transfer & password (especially since in my case my stores are "owned" by a family owned Limited Liability Corporation and all checks from Zazzle made payable to the LLC.   As I am set to finalize updates to my Will this coming week, I'd appreciate a response ASAP.  Thank You!

How to contact Customer Support:

1. Scroll down to the bottom of the page (either in the community or on zazzle.com) and click on the "Help" link in the footer.

2. When the Help page loads (help.zazzle.com) scroll down a tiny bit and click on the "How do I contact Zazzle Customer Support?" link.

That should provide you with a few ways to contact our Customer Support team.
