Ugly Pink Lines

Is there any way to turn off the thick ugly pink lines in the Design tool around whatever element we have selected? They are so bulky and opaque that it is impossible to properly position fine details.

I'm facing the same problem. Those lines are too thick. If you use one line of text, it's impossible to resize. I think it's better the way it was before.

....why make changes, that make editing more difficult? This is not a good update, the editor worked good before, now it is difficult and clumsy to use.

The GIANT corners now too it appears when trying to re-size/crop. They are huge! I can't even see the design underneath that I'm trying to account for.

I can't see anything under the thick pink lines either. Even if I zoom in, I still can't see where the borders are around the image.

Please Zazzle reconsider using these thick pink lines or at least make them smaller. Everything was fine in the design area the way it was.

I can't see if my images are lined up or not. This is so frustrating and time consuming.

I'm actually curious why the line colors were changed to the thick pink lines. Am I missing something, are they supposed to do something different than the regular black lines, that were there before?

Is there a new pink lines snapping mechanism to images? I use the green lines to line up my images and I can barely see the green lines underneath the pink lines. I'm not sure if my images are lined up or not.

Yes, it used to be that the green lines would show up, but since the boxes wouldn't snap, it could still be slightly out of alignment. It used to drive me insane. I'm not having that problem anymore. Now there's a pretty distinct snap when the green line shows up. If you can see the green line, it's aligned.

If you still have trouble aligning something, check to make sure that everything else on the page is exactly aligned. Sometimes it's trying to align to two similar (but not exact) things at once. The snapping itself is very crisp.

I don't understand what you mean by snapping by the pink lines. I've never had a problem snapping my text or images before using the green lines or not using the green lines. Is there a new way of snapping?

I can align with the green lines, that's doesn't seem to be my problem. I can barely see the green lines, it's the pink lines on top of the green lines, that is throwing me off. I don't want to assume everything is aligned, just to have to come back one day and have to redo it. Thanks for your help. I'll figure it out.

I just wish we had the option to use the pink lines or not, like maybe to turn them on and off. like we do when we turn the snapping on and off.

Don't like these new pink lines either.  It was all working fine before this latest change again.

I love the new snapping mechanism. This is a real quality of life improvement for me. The pink is annoying, but I can live with it.

Not being able to adjust the width of a single line of small text without zooming way in is a real problem. We should at least be able to pull on the end of the box to adjust the width even if the handle isn't visible.

...the pink lines are actually making my eyes hurt, it is not a good color for vision

I've used the snapping feature in Zazzle's design tool numerous times over the years  on many of my designs.  It was not a problem before with the green lines using snapping here to the lengths I needed it to be.  It clearly highlighted green lines where you could see it, and everything would snap together and line up say on each side where you wanted each line to be the same length, and also when you wanted lines to be different lengths.  And when snapping isn't needed can uncheck the feature easily.

Please Zazzle bring the green snapping lines back, as it was before this new pink lines change!  Thank you

I agree. The new changes make it hard to design. It was perfectly fine before.

This is a very annoying new feature that I hope gets changed very soon. The stupid pink lines are much too thick and I can't easily see where I'm positioning my designs.
