Under payment threshold amount-opted for deposit in Paypal issues?

I didn't meet the payment threshold by a few dollars so I opted for a payment anyway at the beginning of the month.  When I clicked the button to get it, a message box popped up and said that I should get the payment no later than the 15th of March.  However, it is not even showing up in payment history as even pending.  Has anyone else had this issue?

Many thanks for reaching out! As your payment was requested after the 1st of March, the payment will be issued in accordance with the next payment cycle in the month of April. Requesting payment does not guarantee payment in the current payment cycle (this needs to be done before the 1st of the month), only that you will be paid out in the next payment cycle regardless of whether your earnings have exceed the threshold or not. I hope this helps!

Thanks for getting back to me on that!  The message box that came up after I clicked the button to have it sent to my PayPal literally stated "You should receive your funds no later than March 15th".  Perhaps that text in the message box should be changed to say the correct timing so as to clear up any confusion the current message can cause.  Thanks again for your prompt response! 😊👍
