Payment Not Received

I have not received payment as of a minute ago. This is very unusual, because I am usually paid much earlier...since I use paypal. Is there a delay?

Thanks for starting this. I was starting to worry. It is 5p on the East Coast and I usually have my PayPal payment in the early to mid-afternoon.

I've been with Zazzle for more than 12 years.  Every year something gets a little bit worse about the payment timing.  The fact that you are not aware as a company of where our payment is is quite disturbing. My contract terms say payment on the 15th.  What is the problem?

I have had a payment every month for over 4 years. It has always been on time and even early on some days. So my fingers are crossed in hope!

Not sure what you are talking about. I have been here for over 10 years and besides an issue with taxes for overseas creators, my pay has arrived at the 15th consistently for many years.

Have not received it either. I know what the problem is. I needed it today 🙂  It is usually in Paypal before I check my email.

Just came here to see if there has been any chatter on this.... it's 6:55pm (EST) and still no payment.  I'm sure it will come in but I hate that I have to keep checking PayPal so I don't miss it tonight especially since I depend on my Zazzle income on the 15th

I'm quite sure Zazzle has our money in a nice interest bearing bank account someplace.  The longer they have it, the more money they earn.......

Sorry to add to this but I have not received mine either as of approx 7:15 pm EST. It's not often but on rare occasions it's appeared in Paypal 9 pm ish but maybe only a handful of times in 11 years !

Thank you Scott, Update- 7:52 pm EST, I just received it.  It's never been this late, so I was concerned there may be an issue with Paypal. Thank you for pushing it through the system.

It would be useful for everyone if some kind of official explanation was given by Zazzle. A lot of people rely on the money hitting their Paypal account by the 15th and set up payments and direct debits on the 16th expecting that to happen. A timely explanation, as a courtesy gesture, would put people's minds at rest.

It's taking unusually long. I usually get paid anytime from 5 to 10 PM CET. Now it's a new day and it's 1:24 AM already. Luckily, I have some work to do and won't go to sleep before 6 AM. If it's still not there at that time, then I will start to worry. Hopefully, it's just a little hiccup that will get resolved.
