Hopefully this will reduce the enormous amount of spammy looking products that show up whenever we filter the searches by newest!

Any idea when this feature is available again?

Good question. I'll ask.

Scott please, it's been a week, could you push for something? It seemed like you guys just flipped a switch and took it down, why is it taking so long? If it's communication delays let us know, I've been itching to get back to creating but quick create would make it smoother for me and many others. I'm sitting on the edge of my seat so to speak lol

I used to post my designs everyday but since this tool was paused I left uploading and I am thinking to leave zazzle now.

Do we have any further information on this yet Scott?

Thanks,

It would have been nice to have been given some notice of its removal beforehand.
Holidays are over, please reinstate it.

A little notice would have been helpful. I don't generally spend a lot of time in the forums anymore so I never saw the notice.
I can understand trying to find ways to prevent spam in the MP. But a decision like this crushes artists like me.

I am in the process of rebuilding my Gothic Girls shop after closing everything down a few years ago. I have nearly 600 artworks to republish on the 30ish core products that I use. Even if I create those products based on my "favorite" artworks first, the amount of time it will take to populate 18,000 products makes it complete out of range based on hours worked against profit gained. And I can't be the only artist who looks at that mountain and just wants to give up. I've been here since 2008 and sometimes I still just have to shake my head. 😞

Would like to know when it is likely to come back online, too.  I had started to do some updating before the holidays, but as daunting and time consuming as it is with quick create, it was way too much to even approach without it.  😕

Honestly, as large as the catalog of items has gotten, I'd love to see a modernization of the tool.  For instance, the ability to adjust the design for (a subset of) all available items while only counting as a single listing in terms of SEO/description/keywords and such - like how it's already offered to transfer the design to new items.

But, it's still better than having to build a given design completely over for every item.

Its not coming back. Is it..

moi

probably not. zazzle loves to make problems, not fix them

ive been emailing them to fix the bugs in quick create for years & got nothing but bs answers in return.

Wondering when it was coming back, too.  New ideas that one at a time just takes too much time.  One vote for its quick (create) return.

this stinks I had my stores on hold and now want to upload a ton of new stuff -- guess I will spend time on the other POD sites -- very disappointing

Zazzle guys, are you still celebrating Christmas? Don't you think your holiday season has dragged on for too long? It's February. Open your calendar and turn on the Quick Create option. Please?

I asked way back on the 14th myself, I don't care much for this silent treatment this is completely ridiculous.

moi

yep.i emailed in nov 2022 & have yet to get a reply. smart designers will move on because zazzle obviously doesnt care about keeping you

Its kind of like if they ignore us..maybe we'll forget about it and go away.

Or because they aren't seeing a heap of shop owners post about it, they don;t think its worth reinstating it.

Gosh the mind comes up with all sorts of scenarios, would be much quicker and easier if they would just politely let us all know what is going on with it

its obvious they dotnt care.they have disney, they dgaf if you pay your rent.

Hi!

A decision has not been made on Quick Create. There are a lot of aspects to re-consider here especially as it impacts the site, creators, and marketplace content. We're not ignoring you by any means, we just don't have an answer. As soon as we do? You will be the first to know 😊

I hope it comes back, in some form.
As others mentioned, Zazzle is the *only* site now that I've seen, that doesn't allow some form of bulk item processing.  While I completely understand not wanting people to just bulk upload  poor designs that aren't properly fitted to the items, making us go through the entire multi-page process for each individual item is just not a good solution.
As long as the product creation process is this tedious, I'm moving on to try and get built up on other PODs. Which I hate doing, I've been with Zazzle for a long time and while I never made 'pay the rent' money, it's been a decent little income stream.  But I can make an entire line of products - each individually adjusted to properly fit the items - on other sites in an hour or two.  The same process takes *days* on Zazzle, now, especially with having to try and figure out/keep track of which items need to be made individually, and which are just alternative options on an existing listing (like shirt or mug styles, or phone cases, etc.)

Please bring it back, I can't do my uploads without it. See, I have a limited number of designs that I post in multiple colors - so I DO specifically place the design on every single item, and I use quick create to publish the different colors with the exact same design placement. I haven't been able to post anything since it was taken away because can you IMAGINE posting 80+ colors in ~30 items individually for every single design?? It's ridiculous and completely unfair.

Thanks, James, appreciate the reply.  Whether it be Quick Create or another block edit feature, as shopkeepers with new designs, we need a bulk creation feature.  Zazzle would be the only site that I know of which would not have one.

SwissVillage

While in recent years I have only used this feature in moderation, we do still really need some form of block create. Simply taking it away with no announcement and no alternative solution is really not helpful.

I guess this was done to avoid people randomly applying designs to every product (even in some that don't look good with designs). Zazzle could consider introducing it for someone who has a silver profile or create a certain threshold to enable it. That could help them avoid lots of spam.

Excellent idea, Dheeraj.

Any news on this?

No answer... Ridiculous and sad... Looks like I'll have to leave my favorite Zazzle. I'm already trying to find an alternative. Does anybody know a good and reliable company?

Thank you.

Is there any news?

There is currently no way of uploading a wide variety of products without the quick create function.
