I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the unprofessional handling of my submitted W-8BEN form. It has been sent for quite some time, yet there has been absolutely no response from your side. This delay is not only unacceptable—it clearly reflects Dazzler’s disregard for its sellers, who are the backbone of your platform

You don't get "an answer". If it's okay you hear nothing. You're only contacted if something isn't right.

An answer with either scenario is appropriate and necessary. If this forum is not the place to resolve this issue, an answer informing people how and where to resolve the issue is also necessary.
