w8- BEN Form and payment

Hi Zazzle team,

After two revisions of my W8-BEN Form, it was finally submitted on September the 30th, and on October 19, Zazzle informed me that my information is good to be processed, its been almost 60 days since I requested payment via Paypal and I don't know if my Form has been processed or not yet, what should I do ?
