W8-BEN - No response yet, 2025

Hello, everyone!
Just like everyone else, I received no response from Zazzle regarding my W8-BEN submission.

I have sent three emails containing the form to zazzle-w8@zazzle.com. My first submission was on August 8, 2025 and I have yet to get any response. I've read most of the forums and found out that some of them are not even solved and I was wondering if anyone actually got it sorted out. I'm starting to question the legitimacy of the site :,(

1. Any advice from the staff? Who can solve my problem of personally contact?
2. Has anyone (non-US) actually got their W8-BEN sorted out? In 2025??

Hi @anana_and_lena , as Sara said, we unfortunately do have a huge back-log with the W8 forms. I can see your emails in our queue and they will be dealt with in order of receipt. Please expect this to be in weeks rather than days. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to get to it as soon as possible.

@anana_and_lena  I'm not staff but more than likely there is a backlog of processing W8BENs - it does take time for them to be approved and if you think of how many hundreds/thousands of new people joining - it could take a while.

There's no need to add to that backlog by emailing again. 

You just need patience and depending where you are in the queue, your form will get processed.

Zazzle is not the only site you can offer your merch but it is free to set up a shop with no monthly fees.

Part of the downside - nothing is immediate and that's the cost of "free"

Thanks for the reply, this is quite reassuring to hear!

This is the first time I encountered hiccups with pod services and browsing through forums and reddit hasn't helped me get that reassurance at all as I've seen lots of stories on how theirs weren't processed and were yet to be resolved :,) I'm from Asia too so I wasn't sure if I met anyone whose experience I could reference.

Still, I'll follow your suggestion and wait for another month or two or a staff reply.

Thank you James for that info.  I must have been lucky as I submitted last evening for the 4th time and I got a reply back this morning and still am not able to get my form approved.  Is it possible to send me a private message with a phone number I can call from Canada.  I need help please... Your friendly Canadian senior neighbour who cannot figure this out.  Rox

I have sent mine in 4 times now and I am still not finding the correct answers to be approved.  Frustrated is understatement.

What I would like, is to talk to someone on the phone who can help me with completing the form.

Hi @roxanebay , I'm afraid that's not possible. Our W8 agents are not phone contactable, but also cannot give any other advice outside of the content in those email. We're not licensed tax professionals and cannot advise you what to place on the form. Simply provide you with the materials with the possibilities.

Thank you so much.  The information that you shared was just what I was looking for.  I resubmitted my W-8BEN form with more clarity.  Fingers crossed I got it right this time.
