W8-BEN Question

Hello, 

I am writing to inquire about the status of my W8-BEN form. I submitted my form in September after working with your support team on revisions. They were very helpful in guiding me through the process. 

Since submitting the final version, I haven't received any confirmation of receipt or approval. It has been nearly three months, and I'm unsure if the form has even been accepted. 

I have attempted to contact support via email a few times over the past weeks, but haven't received a response. 

Could you please provide an update on the status of my W8-BEN form?

I have sent the w8ben form to the e-mail:  Zazzle-w8@zazzle.com . Later I got a message from cs.noreply@zazzle.com that says "This message confirms that we have received your email regarding your W8/9 Ben form inquiry or submission. With the current pandemic, we unfortunately have a very reduced number of team members to assist with processing these requests. Please expect a 2-4 week delay for review/reply. "

But from another mail postmaster@zazzle. com message "Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups: Suzanne.Reynolds@zazzle.com The recipient's mailbox is full and cannot accept messages now. Please try resending your message later, or contact the recipient directly.

I tried to resend the mail several times, but it always says the same thing.What is the status of my w8ben form? What should I do?
