Waiting a long time for response from support regarding the W-8 BEN form

Hello.
I have been waiting a long time since January to get a reply from Zazzle for acceptance of my W-8 BEN form.
They replied on April 25 for me to fix and then 7 June to say I needed to fix the form again because it did not match exactly.
I have now fixed them so the addresses match exactly on the form and my store as was asked.
I sent emails but still I am waiting since June 7th for a reply so almost 7 months now.
How long is the waiting time as this is very long.
My store has made money and I need to buy food.
Can someone please help me.

On 7th June I have also updated in my payment settings too so both should match now.

If you check they should be ok now.
