@CreativeLeahG According to this post https://community.zazzle.com/t5/creator-news/lock-in-your-royalty-rates-amp-top-holiday-tips/ba-p/10... it was October 31st but I did notice some of mine didn't go through so perhaps it didn't happen?

Well I hope that's not true. I searched all my emails, spam and trash folders and saw nothing from zazzle so I've been frantically updating my prices thinking the freeze would be the first week of November. Did anyone get any communication on this???
