Wrapping paper seams plroblem!

I'm stumped as to how the wrapping paper seams work. I know there's always been a problem with the seams not quite matching up, but I solved that by making the tile size 18 inches, which is half of the 36 inch width. That works fine, but when I try 12 inches, the seam doesn't match up any more! 12 divides evenly into 36, as one third, so it should work the same as 18 inches. But it doesn't! It's not just off by a tad, either- it totally doesn't match up!

@RobertaI think it might have to do with the fact that when setting the tile size to 18 inches, it sets the tile in the upper left corner, but when the tile size is 12 inches, it sets the tile in the center. It should still work out fine either way, but it doesn't. Maybe this will give the Team a clue as to what is happening, though, to figure out a solution.
