I noticed, well quite long ago, that some products I post are under completely different categories: ´´other designs you may like´´. Eg. My birth announcement thank you card is among wedding thank you cards..., etc. I do take care of the product title, descriptions, categories, etc. I can only imagine that it has an impact on the visibility of the products and sales. Does anyone have an idea how to solve this problem? Thanks!

There are two things that I know of which can cause this issue. The first is to make sure that your product is listed under the correct Marketplace Department (the thing directly under the title when you're either posting or editing details.) Luckily, this can be changed after a product has been posted for sale.
The second issue is to make sure that you put your designs on the correct paper product - thank you cards need to go on the thank you card blank, invitations on the invitation blank, menus on the menu blank etc. because while there are many paper products which are the same physical product, but they are considered different by Zazzle's system and if you put a thank you card on a note card or an invitation on a basic "card" product, they won't show up correctly in the marketplace. Putting Your Designs on the Correct Paper Products – Zazzle Help Center Unfortunately, if this is the case there's no easy fix - you either have to live with it or transfer the design to the correct product and publish it as a new product.
