Yikes...I hope what I'm seeing on the product pages is just a mirage

Our product pages today are showing a page full of 'other designs in this category', all before our collections for the product and even before the description of the product itself. Surely this is just a temporary glitch....or am I in the middle of a caffeine-induced nightmare?

I think it's been that way for a while.

I really wish our own Collections would be shown before "other designs you may like" so we have a better shot at retaining a customer once they've taken the time to click through to the product page in full.

Collections should show first IMO too because we often make stuff that compliments a design, so if someone wanted a suite they could see everything together all at once. On certain devices that collection doesn't show up for a bit of a scroll and I am confident it gets missed fairly often!

Yes, for a while I've been seeing "Other designs you might like" up above my collection. Why try to send customers down a rabbit hole from which they can't easily find their way back to our product, which they were interested in enough to look at in the first place?

Yeah I noticed that a couple of years ago. A product page should show the product which brought the customer to the page in the first place, then similar products below it. But that's just my opinion

They are always running A/B tests on the layout and the layout seems to change frequently. I have also noticed that sometimes when I logout, I see a different layout than when I am logged in.

Yes.
When logged in, the first thing below the product for me is the "Other designs you may like" scroll followed by "Other products from this Collection" scroll and lastly the "transfer this design" scroll before the About sections.
If not logged in, and following an outside link direct to a individual product page, I get a page like below and after the "other designs you may like scroll" is a long section of "Other designs from this category" followed by "other products from this Collection" and "transfer this design".
But I only get this page on my initial entry into the Zazzle domain after following a link direct to a product. Anywhere I click after that, whether it's "view product details" or another product on the page or I go somewhere from the nav menu, I get the regular product pages. If I enter Zazzle by going to zazzle.com or by following a link to a Collection or anything besides an individual product page link, I get all normal product pages. I continue to get all normal product pages until I clear the browsers cookies. I only get the above shown page with the long "other products in this cat" section if it's my first entry into Zazzle from a "clean" browser and I got there from an individual product page link.
