Zazzle continues to sell my artwork after cancelling account

I closed my Zazzle account and deleted all my artwork on 4.20.2022. Today (6/27/23 and previously on 11/22/22), I received an email that one of my items was sold. By closing my account, I no longer authorize Zazzle to use any designs I submitted as they belong to me. How do I keep Zazzle from selling my designs on a store I cleared all designs from and closed? When I search Zazzle, the store still shows up with 14 of my products using my own designs.

Is it possible the sales were from people ordering products a second time? I believe it's set up so customers can do this. Did you contact Zazzle about this for an explanation? If not, you should.
