Zazzle Customer Reviews

It would be wonderful if you could show customer reviews on the "PUBLIC PROFILE" page rather than reviews sellers make, ususally when buying their own products.  I personally think it doesn't look professional reading reviews by sellers reviewing their own stuff because it's not objective. Further, it's rarely updated. On the "BACKEND" however we can see what reviews customers leave.  Maybe this should be switched???

NOTE: I can understand how this might be helpful for people who are not sellers, just customers, to see products they reviewed. So maybe have two separate sections. One titled Seller Reviews, another titled Customer Reviews.

Hi ameliacarrie,  A great idea to have customer reviews on our profile! How to achieve this without including designers own product reviews though could prove difficult! I would recommend customer reviews only! Thereby lies the problem though as Zazzle relies on their huge designer base to purchase their own products!  Jilly

Why does Zazzle not limit the number of new designers now? Because they are dependent on designers purchasing their own products for sales. I sincerely hope it is not to the detriment of showing Zazzle's best via sales results . The Zazzle marketplace is so flooded with designers products, many that should be vetoed!

I completely agree. I've always thought it should be switched, too.
