Zazzle: will now begin to FAVOR products with Cover Photo.

As a seller who works hard on Title, Description, and tags.  Why are uploaded Cover Photo products given an advantage?  Than you say use a Cover Photo generator.  What is the point in putting a Generated Cover Photo on Zazzle, if the product in image is not from Zazzle?

Zazzle, you should just give us better Cover Photo options on site.

It is a lot of work adding cover photos I guess they needed to give creators a reason to spend more time creating them. I am worried as I am not a photographer and getting products to look right and to scale is a challenge. I agree would be nice to have more cover photos in situ options from Zazzle but that is work for them not us. But I do understand they want the stores to look and feel different and this offers this. I have created a few to see how it goes like I said takes time I don't have time to do all my 14,000 products! Frankly prefer creating new art designs in my time it was the reason I started on Zazzle. So far at least for me it hasn't been worth my while. Only made one sale out of the products I have done and the time spent creating them doesn't match the sales nor makes it worthwhile at the moment. But if the weight the scales against us I guess will be lose sales if we don't do it moving forward 😐

Maybe I'm worried for nothing.  I looked at one of the newer products in your store products.  https://www.zazzle.com/dad_golfer_green_tee_drinks_bottle-256006483920500148

They do seem to be adding more cover options on newer products first.

On your product the description is good.  Just make the title longer.  Zazzle takes care of tags describe the product like "drinks, bottle, drinks bottle, tee, graphic, gifts".  Make the tags more about the design.

golf, golfer, golfer, golfing, dad's, father

Search in google "golf synonym and golf slang"  To find more tags like "nine holes, birdie, hole in one"

One possible theory, all those extra clicks by all those shops, can easily push zazzle up in google searches. Just a thought.

I wonder if the in-situs that Z provides counts the same as using a cover photo as far as search rank. Some of the available ones are way better than anything I could come up with.
