Just got another message from Zazzle today claiming “your tax form doesn’t match your payment settings.” Déjà vu? Yeah, because this is the second time they’ve pulled this stunt.

 

Let me be clear: my info is 100% correct — triple-checked, not a single typo. At this point, I’m starting to feel like Zazzle is stalling payouts on purpose. Maybe they're running low on funds and this is their creative way of buying time? (Next email: “We regret to inform you that your PayPal account is a Scorpio and doesn’t align with our astrological payout system.”)

Jokes aside, this smells fishy. If you’re on Zazzle, keep your receipts, document everything, and maybe start thinking about backing up your work elsewhere — just in case they ghost us permanently.

Hello James,

I am having the same problem. “…your W-8 form doesn’t match your payment settings,” is what I got in two emails.

I submitted my latest form on April 3rd, but I have not received any response.
I’m 100% sure the information I gave was correct. Could you please help me figure out what’s going on?
