Zrank jumped back to -1 Suddenly

Hi everyone, I'm just wondering about zrank because it has jumped from 5/4 in all my store to -1 just now. Is it just me or is anyone else experiencing that?

Being that today zazzle tech is working on fixing the technical  “no views” issue which has been ongoing since 1/9,(technical forum) it’s likely that what they are doing is causing other issues such as the rank problem you are talking about. If you wait a day, it will probably go back to its normal rank, while  the servers index the shops.

Definitely a glitch while they work on fixing the other issues. Give it some time to bounce back to normal.
