It would be great if we could have up to 4 templates we can automatically choose from to send to customers who contact us.  We could create professional sounding responses that do not sound hurried or have any grammatical errors, and best of all sound like they are coming from us.  The same canned response with a "Kind Regards" and a name from multiple creators may leave the customer feeling that we are just sending canned response.  My responses for what I'm selling may be different from what someone else is selling.  A congratulatory and thanks for shopping for a Bridal Boutique, may sound different from a store that sells pet memorials.  

I think that 4 of our own canned responses. Or, even Zazzle creating them and us editing them may be fine.  For example...

1. One for shipping times.
2. One for order mistakes with name, etc..
3. One for product materials and specifications.
4. One for returns.
