A lot of companies these days have a "bot" that responds to customer messages via chat and only if they can't help is the customer transferred to an agent.

It would be GREAT if Zazzle could implement something similar because 99.9% of the messages I receive are related to "when will I get my delivery?" "I made a mistake can you fix it?" or similar variations.

I have a number of auto-responses that I copy and paste into the chat but it would be a whole lot more efficient if a bot were handling all these messages. There must be thousands of them a day across the designers!
