I just received my greeting cards. They were left out in the rain. I was able to get them before a torrential downpour, which would have ruined them.

They delivered in only a cardboard wrapper.

Please consider adding a plastic wrapper to insulate paper products from the weather.

I won't order cards (or posters or anything paper products) in the further because I if I don't get them as they are delivered (which is usually the case) the chances for them being wrecked are high.

(I also sent this notice to Z using the contact form.)

Hey @HRSinclair,

I am sorry to hear this happened. If there are any issues with the order, reach out to our team support@zazzle.com and a member of the team will be happy to help.

I will pass this feedback along to our team.

Thank you!

I think maybe California has some anti-plastic law or something? I noticed that Zazzle started sending wedding invitations without the plastic a few years ago, with the result that they sometimes get damaged. If it's not a law, then it is a poor choice on Zazzle's part.

They could use 100% compostable cellophane packaging if that was the case.

I live in CA & in the recent past I've received Zazzle's paper products wrapped in plastic, but not always. It seems hit or miss. (So don't blame our state & our rules...lol!)
