For some reason on our public profile, only the reviews we have left for others are public.

It would be really helpful to have the reviews we have received made public on our profiles.

There have been a few occasions when I have needed / wanted to refer a potential customer to my reviews, but I can't?

I am not sure that I want all reviews just popping up on my profile. While most of mine are 5 stars, there are times when that isn't the case. I am thinking about face masks and the uneven quality we saw. That was beyond my control, but ended up affecting my reviews. Sometimes customers are unhappy with other external issues or just don't get the process and vent.

@CrazyMermaid   it could be optional, turn on or off. As it stands when people visit my profile and look at reviews it looks like I have none. That is not a good look, compared to the few hundred that exist in reality. I have many occasions when in chat it would helpful to refer customers to my reviews.
