Please PLEASE  can we have some sort of reference to let us know if a cancelled order was re-ordered?  Trying to go through to see if a person has reordered  by cross reference is tedious and difficult -  ALSO  would Really be nice to have some sort of  key as to the type of cancellation  ie: cancelled or declined or returned?  Maybe even a date so we could see if they cancelled  Before or After they got their  product.

And While we are on the subject..  would really be nice if there was a limit to how long ago the order was that they can cancel..  like  a cut off of say 60 days or ?? Not a year I have had cancellations from almost a year ago - this is no longer a cancellation IMHO

I just downloaded  my Feb earnings  and took a look on my spreadsheet.  I had 154 cancellations amounting to  $1178.79 in just cancellations alone for Feb..  that's crazy .. anyone else getting high numbers besides me?

I don't know how many of these re-ordered, if any..  too many to try to cross reference..  which is why I asked  my initial  request of having some way to see  in our backend  if a customer re-orders ..

Hi @shellifitz and @PAZP ,

You are most welcome. I completely understand the concerns regarding cancellations, so just wanted to shed some light on the more likely reasons for cancellation. Especially since the introduction of the ability to cancel live orders (for customers to process themselves), as this is the most common instance we are seeing at the moment. 🙂

Hi @Emma

Funny you respond to this today. Yesterday I watched a customer order and cancel four times roughly between 1:40 pm to 5:15 pm. A final order was completed at 5:19. I just hope the customer is happy with the purchase once she gets it. 😉

@Deb
I got over 300 cancellations for Feb which is about 10% of sales for Feb.

This is consistent overall re the entire amount sales/cancellations ratio. I can see myself most people reorder. I believe as such mainly user error? But as you say definitely be helpful to know more specifically what is going on incase we do need to remedy anything ourselves.

Content review before products displayed for sale. I'm a soon to be former Zazzle customer and I'm sick and tired of ordering tshirts and then later getting a cancelation notice because of content. This is completely bassackwards.
