Could we have the ability to paste images directly into chat rather than saving & uploading them?

I spend a lot of time every day helping customers navigate the Zazzle site through the chat system. It would be SOOO much easier to grab screenshots etc if we could just paste images directly into the chat system like we can on the forum. As it is, the only way to do it is to take the screenshot, save it as a file, then upload it into the chat system.
