Create Your Own Drilldown

Please bring back the Create Your Own Drilldown. Unless you know the precise name of the blank you are looking for, it has suddenly become very hard to find the appropriate blank in Create Your Own. Wall Art and Crafts have merged, Home and Sports have merged and Clothes and Accessories have merged. Yet when you go into one of these new double size departments, you must either know the name of what you are looking for or you must scroll through two department's worth of blanks.

I totally agree. I asked a similar question weeks ago and it was ignored. Perhaps it doesn't matter anymore. I just wish they would tell us. For now I go to one of my older products that I know was created with the right product type and then I scoot down the page for the create another product option link and use that. If I don't have to do this, I would love to know. I really don't care if the paper/product breakout has changed, I would just like to know. I find the silence on this very frustrating.

Even the option to save often used blank items into a favourites list would be helpful.

Yeah its become really hard to find certain products now. Like scarfs and bandanas - are supposed to be under 'accessories' but when you use the 'create your own products' link, then go to "clothing and accessories/view all" it only shows clothes, and none of the accessories. There's no obvious page where you can see the accessory products. There used to be a menu that had all products listed that was easy to see, and made it easy to work from when adding new designs to products, but I dont know what happened to it.

As a "work around" you can use the Zazzle Site Map. It lays everything out flat so you can quickly find what you want without drilling down through category menus hoping you picked the right path.

For whatever section you choose, if there's not a Create Your Own blank at top of the page just click any random product on the page and then scroll down to the "Create Your Own from Scratch' link near the product's About section.

I can so relate—very frustrating sometimes. Especially hard to find 5x7 folded cards and the cut vinyl stickers for me!! (Takes too long imho)
