I am beside myself - I just got an email from a good customer - I did her entire wedding suite for her and this is the email I just got :

Hey there! I want you to know that I am beyond thankful for all that you did for me! You have done such an amazing job, but I’m seriously thinking Zazzle is just NOT The place. I finally got everything in except the custom envelopes for the invitations and went to put them together and discovered that the invitation, belly band and RSVP card are a completely different shade from the thank you card, return labels and the honeymoon wishes card.

The team at Zazzle seriously needs to get a handle on the color  issues in printing - I have tried to contact  support via email and it falls on deaf ears -  PLEASE Zazzle - esp the wedding suites Need to match and  be the correct color -  Im upset to tears right now -  what is going on in the printing department?  I have never had negative feedback until recently.. so was there changes made?  if so can we please fix them?  If word gets out that Zazzle is NOT the place for wedding suites .. this will hit me and many others very hard - just coming out of the  stay at home years -  brides are happy to get out and have big weddings - this kind of feedback is not helping.

I'm having similar issues.

https://community.zazzle.com/t5/ask-a-question/color-matching-problem-could-the-paper-be-the-issue/t...

I've been working with this woman for many weeks now, and I was up until 2am messaging her because she was in a complete panic to the point of tears. I thought maybe the problem was with the different kinds of paper, or the fact that she's in Australia, but it's starting to sound like there's something more general going on.

I'm not sure what to do or how to help her, but I'm beyond bummed about this.

I too have tried to get them to address this. I finally gave up.

I had a customer yesterday complain that the high quality photo products she had ordered resulted in pixelated photos? I wonder if this is to do with the same thing ... I realize colors not same a photos but perhaps Zazzle changed their printing supplier?

This is very discouraging.  I was just thinking of creating more wedding invitations.  Maybe I need to rethink it.

The color problem is not only on paper products, but other products as well. I have a customer that ordered tiles, and when he got them, they were purple and was suppose to be brown. He contacted customer service and they sent him another batch, but it was also purple. He decided to reach out to me to see if I could do anything. I told him I would see what I can find out. His order was over $300.00, so I can see where he is really upset. He now has 60 tiles in purple he cannot use. I hope someone can help us all with this issue.

I had a customer write a very negative review because her invitations arrived with random ink splatters on several individual pieces. She included photos of the invites. I tried to find that review today, but it has disappeared. I am assuming that means Zazzle made it right.

This is her return feedback when I sincerely apologized for all of this upset and BTW - this is a Different (not the same gal who is having issues with the dusty blue wedding signage ) good customer THIS WEEK -  and a different design and different color completely -  as you can see this gal is not happy at all with her  wedding suite - this is 100% my design and I did go back  in my files and the colors for each product are exactly the same, using the very same background and images.  If need be I will create each item including personalization so she can take them somewhere and have them printed - this is really serious - 😞

There is no need for you to apologize. This is not on you this is on them! I just wanted to keep you posted on any issues so that you know as well as to share them with others.  If they are going to offer various wedding stationery then it all needs to match because yes I want them to be perfect when I send them out. I will be calling and see what to do. Part of me worries that it will reprint the same. I worry that I’m gonna have to go back to the drawing board and find some with another company and then me have to rush to get everything out.

I've gotten a bit more feedback from my customer, and it seems like everything printed on matte paper is coming out the correct color, but everything printed on semi-gloss is color shifted toward blue. Not sure if that's what anybody else is seeing or not.

It's definitely not just paper products. I had a problem with a bath mat I ordered for myself. I've also had a lot of bath towel order cancellations the past few months after the product has shipped, so I'm wondering if that's the reason for those too.

I just found this message after I had already posted my own. I was just contacted by a customer who ordered wedding place cards, and her colors were all wrong.  I really hope this gets fixed soon.
