FEEDBACK: Possible revision to how the About section is displayed on the Home page

Currently the Homepage includes the About section at the top of the page. This section is cut off for some reason which makes the page not look as good as it could.

My thought is that we move the Search bar up into the "Menu" bar, and also insure that the About section fully appears.

I have included images of how the site looks now (Current) and what I think would be an improvement (Revised)
