Love it—such a great idea! It would be great if we could also add an all-over design to the gift box. As she said in the video, there are so many possibilities with gift boxes. As you said, I really hope Zazzle jumps on this and runs with it. Thanks for sharing.
I agree. Lots of potential here. I hope Zazzle jumps on this quickly. Although I’m still waiting for them to add comfort color t-shirts and sweatshirts. I’ve asked for these products repeatedly.
Vivian - If Zazzle would hook up with this print provider (it’s shown on the video), all items are produced in the U.S. and will be printed and shipped by that one provider. No extra work on our part.
@Jadendreamer13 Yes, and not only in the US, but in California, where Zazzle is too! I don't know whereabouts in CA Zazzle is, but I'm sure they could send somebody to the company to deal with them in person.
I've been hoping Zazzle would offer Gift Sets for a Long Time!!! People love pretty packaged gift sets to have them mailed directly to the recipient with a little Note Card attached, or to order the gift set and bring it themselves to the special event to give their gift in-person for baby showers, bridal showers, weddings, birthdays, holidays, etc.
Zazzle's Collections are very good for grouping themed items together for potential customers to see. But I always felt it wasn't enough... And thought it would be even better to offer Gift Sets in Gift Boxes, or popular Gift Baskets too that are weaved, fabric with handles (those have been around a long time and are popular to personalize with a Name and Design on them). The quantity of item types to select from to be inserted, would be dependent upon the sizes of the Gift Boxes or Gift Baskets offered (some people buy small, or medium, other's prefer larger sizes - and some people purchase more than one gift set at a time). People have loved buying bundled items in those for years for gift-giving occasions and holidays, whether from different brick and mortar stores or online! Some are pre-packaged Gift Sets all ready-to-gift with whatever items are inside of it. Other's are where customers can select their own gift items, which is very nice (from the array of items offered to choose from, and the required item quantities to fill it up, per the Gift Box or Gift Baskets Sizes), and then the supplier packages it up pretty, all ready-to-gift someone! The personalization aspect of the items for the Gift Sets makes it even better!
Looking at Collections is one thing, but not sure how effective it is regarding actual sales grouping of items from them. The thought of actually purchasing a Gift Set with a particular "theme" in mind and seeing it more visually put together (and with any personalization on the items) all placed there during checkout and with the Gift Box or Gift Basket selected for the items and to be shipped "ready-to-gift" is another thing.
It would be great if Zazzle could offer this option to customers to either select a pre-made Gift Set theme, or to build their own Gift Sets and checkout. Don't know how possible it would be, but it would be a very nice offering.
I've also see Amazon adding 'bundles' on items in the past 6 months. They are individual items still, but they can also be sold as a set. It does mention that they may ship separately still.
