I checked out the new Instagram videos for the making of products and was disappointed. They went too fast and were too narrow to gain any concept of how things are done. YouTube is a far better format for this with the time, natural speed, and wide format and can, therefore, be vastly more informative. Hi, often times I have scenes or objects that I have grouped because they have a number of elements but then I cannot use the tiling function.  I don’t know why the system would be confused if the item was already considered a single entity.  Is there a reason why grouping and tiling have to be mutually exclusive? Could we please get an option to make a new category or subcategory while we are listing a product? Sometimes when I'm posting a new design, I get to the listing page and when I try to select the store category, I realize I forgot to make a category for that design. So then I have to stop and go back and make the category, then finish the listing. Or put it in "New Products" temporarily, which means that with the indexing glitch, it'll be several days before it actually moves over into the correct category. ... View more

With the recent price increase due to inflation I am going through stores and products and rolling some prices back to where they were.  It is a time consuming and tedious process.  I have one store that I would like to be able to set all products to a certain royalty but I don't seem to have that option.  I can set ALL my stores to a certain royalty, but not an individual store.  My request is to make it so that those of us that have multiple stores could set a store wide royalty per store, not per account. The column layout is different between Storefront and Store Management views. In Store Management there are 5 columns. In the Storefront (Public View) there is only 4 columns. I have spent a lot of time trying to make a collection look even and complete just to view in the Storefront and see everything skewed and uneven due to the difference in columns I would love to see this addressed ... As the nexus of what our design space could look like I would love us to have the opportunity to work with a modular design space where we as the designer could click an Edit button to be able to move different parts of our design space around to suit our needs. For example: you may as a designer be able to drag and drop the left side menu to the right side or you may want to drag the right side design tools to the left side and when done click a box finished and start designing with the different modules where they are most convenient for your workflow. Or you might even be able to hide some parts of the workspace that are a distraction to your workflow. I've uploaded one or two parts of our design space as examples of parts of our design space that could become modules that could be arranged.  I know this is a "way out there' idea but it would be just one more way to customize our design space that might help speed up our workflow.   ... Before things 'go live', feedback, suggestions and trouble shooting concerns could be discussed and opinions sought. Having the feedback after things go live is costly I feel (time, productivity etc.).  I always assumed such a group did exist (perhaps with Diamond members) because it seems logical and practical, but on the off chance it doesn't, this could be something helpful to Zazzle and members going forward. Featured collections are shown on the first page of your store and are an important part of marketing. To set a featured collection the option is a bit hidden in the settings. (settings > Advanced settings > Customize Store > press submit at the bottom) IMO it would be more logical to move it to the collections tab and allow users to set a featured collection from there. If you have products in your Featured Products area, and then one these products later on has a discontinued option placed on it.  There's no way to remove it from the Featured Products area.   Suggest, let us have the option to move it from featured products or it is automatically removed from any Featured products area somehow. It would be an enormous help and time saver for us if messages that come in from clients for chat are automatically translated or at the very least have a drop down to select the language to translate it to / from.  I get a message in another language and I have to copy and paste the text into a google translate box, then copy and paste a reply back in their language etc. etc. In addition it probably would not hurt to include the same module for the client to read and reply to our chat back messages.  Thank you in advance if this is even possible ... It would be awesome if we could set the titles, tags, and description of the product and then preview where it will land in the Zazzle marketplace before posting. Right now you can get a pretty good gauge of where it will land by doing some quick research first, but it would be nice to be able to play around with the keywords before posting to really hone in and get it perfect on the first try. The glass "texture" overlay put on the glass cutting boards is terrible, it destroys the whole design, especially on the flat preview and on darker designs. Moderators, Please - please - forward this suggestion, and I very much hope Zazzle takes this under serious consideration.   Tissue paper is back in stock, thankfully.  But it goes out of stock way too many times in a year for a distressingly long time.  Last year, it even went out of stock during the Christmas season!  That was horrendous.   Is it possible that Zazzle can add another manufacturer of tissue paper?  Maybe have two manufacturers?  There has to be a way to keep tissue paper in stock.  Clearly, it's a popular item.  It really hurts sellers - and Zazzle - to have it out of stock so many times and for such a long time. I think it would be great to have a "holiday non-photo" card option for customers. As it is now, when you filter to "None" on photos, you still get a lot of cards with photos. The minimum order quantity of 10 makes the new foil cards unusable for all sorts of occasions and events, such as birthdays, anniversaries, Mother's Day, Father's Day, etc. Even for thank you cards, get-well wishes, condolences, and some Holidays such as Valentine's Day they're obsolete unless you target small businesses. You don't buy 10 cards in bulk for such events, also considering they can be personalized Is this truly necessary? Old regular foil cards don't have minimum orders, so I doubt there is a technical reason behind that choice. Are there perhaps (hopefully) regular flat greeting cards coming with no minimum order quantity? It would be a true shame if it wouldn't be possible to sell single greeting cards. ... View more
