It would be great if we could get a 'Sales By Collection' type of report where we could see how profitable each of our collections are.

I found a business card for a realtor today while I was out and about and thought it was a really cool option we could be offering any professional who wants to really stand out. This one had printing on both sides and this particular one had rounded corners. This would be considered a premium product as a vital alternative to just a business card as usual. The card I found is about the thickness of a credit card and is the same size as a credit card. I think it is vital that they be offered with rounded corners by default since these are plastic... don't want any sharp corners I can see these being given out to: club members, business professionals as business cards, as VIP memberships / cards, as special event entry cards, as business cards, etc.

This change in the design tool makes it impossible for me to work. Please, Zazzle, undo this. I can not see what I'm doing. It was perfectly good before when we could see the colors and design as is, not this gray layer on top. And the "safe zone" text could be a legend on one corner/under the tabs? It can get in the way and makes it hard to not visually mess with what I have in mind to design. I hope it makes sense. Thank you!

So the latest is now the earnings page. Apparently staff did not see that the result of their changing things resulted in something unworkable? And had to rely on designers to report this? This is not the first time that designers are confronted with something that does not work for us. Please TEST things before they go live and do not burden the designers with this constantly changing things without need NOR announcement. Thank you.

Yes, please make the PhotoPop design feature available for the designers/artists who have made Zazzle successful. It does not seem right that only Zazzle Studios can use this feature in competition to independent designers. Competition is certainly agreeable. Just give us the same opportunity you provide for yourself. Please.

I've been looking at the PhotoPop graduation cards with the date/text in the background and the photo subject placed in front. Photos are automatically layered and background removed. So easy for the customer. I've read that doing this manually is hard for customers to understand. PhotoPop's designs are impressive, dramatic and really hard to compete with. I would love to be able to sell designs like this with automatic layering! What do you think, Zazzle? Could this technique be available to all designers some day?

I have a number of wedding programs on flat paper sheets that are designed to be folded by the customer. On these programs, I've restricted the media to the thin matte paper because customer feedback has told me that it's really difficult for them to fold the semi-gloss (cardstock) paper. However, even when I've restricted the merchandising options to "this size and media only" the product previews are still showing the paper type image: I think this is going to confuse the customer because there is no place for them to choose the paper, nor does it even show them which type of paper is being used. Please remove this image when it isn't relevant, and it would also be great if they could get a description of the paper being used even when it's restricted to one media type. Here's a sample product to show you what I mean: Autumn Roses DIY Fold Catholic Wedding Program | Zazzle

As I mentioned when this format first came out - there is no way to locate the LAST RESPONSE to the various threads. I will not scan more than 5 pages of listings for the NEW and TOP posts. So there are always some posts that go unread.

I wish when editing the product merchandising for posters and canvas there were more choices besides one size or all sizes. Not all the sizes offered fit the image properly. It would be nice for the artist to be able to pick an assortment of sizes that fit the whole image without anything getting cut off and then post the product for these specific sizes for sale. Thanks, Chris

Could you please add "Grad" to the drop-down menu of recipients when we are categorizing our items! With graduations upon us, the only place we can categorize our gifts is "Anyone" in the recipient menu. Thanks so much!

You should be able to "paperclip" two items that belong together. For example I have a large collection of ties but I have one tie and one pocket square that should be paperclipped together. That way people can still see my collection and easily find the matching item. Also would be good for invitations and rsvp cards so you could hook matching ones together. Duvet covers and pillowcases.

Please show non-angled views of the specialty mugs, such as the espresso mugs, bone-china mugs, and jumbo mugs. It is very difficult to center a design element on the front or back of these mugs without this view. Thank you!

Hello, In the 'Collection Tab', we can see a list of all collections for that shop. Columns currently are: Title, Occasion, Type and Status. Please add an additional column that tells us how many products in each collection. Currently, we have to open each collection to see how much there is. I like getting mine to a minimum of 7 as quickly as possible and prevent too many products in other collections. Thank you

Why haven't you added the ability to add text or designs to both the back and side of hats. You show previews for these areas, but no way to actually utilize these areas. I have been with zazzle close to twenty years and you have yet to add meaningful apparel inventory such as soft cotton tees, pastel tees etc. Your focus seems to be on weddings and not anything else. Frustrating!!!

I have noticed that in the section Invitations & Stationery > Invitations & Announcements > Birthday Invitations > Quinceañera Invitations and Sweet 16 Invitations, which in my opinion is correct, whereas in Occasions > Birthdays only the Sweet 16 option is available. Could you consider adding the Quinceañera option here as well? TIA

Many times, customers ask for a matching 4x6 recipe card to add to the binder. I looked into the card templates, and this size is not available. It would be great if we could have this size to add to the binder. Customers often request a matching 4x6 recipe card to add to their binder. I checked the card templates, and unfortunately, this size is not available. It would be great if we could offer this size to include in the binder. Thank you!

Some sites are selling custom bouquet wraps, which people can wrap around a bouquet of flowers for a special occasion. This includes marriage proposals, baby shower, prom graduation, plays and recitals, Mother's Day, birthdays, corporate employee appreciation, would-you-be-my bridesmaid proposal, retirement, and many more occasions. These would be a nice way to round out many types of event and occasion suites, and the cloth version can be a keepsake for the recipient. I've seen them in paper form, around 17" by 27 and or larger, as well as cloth. They can include initials, short text, event date, flowers, and even "custom newspaper headline" designs, and many more designs. I've seen some embroidered versions, but printing on cloth might be more efficient and require less specialization among vendors. Here are a few examples: https://www.etsy.com/listing/1889100809/personalized-graduation-newspaper https://www.etsy.com/listing/1767502814/custom-embroidered-bouquet-wrap-sash-bow https://www.etsy.com/listing/4453221540/custom-fresh-flower-bouquet-wraps-your Thanks for listening!

I'm posting about something that affects designers with low sales volume. (I am aware that a designer can request early payout - by paying a fee.) I wish Z would consider lowering the payment threshold in light of their marketing fees. It seems unfair that earnings for some designers would meet the threshold - until the marketing fees are taken out. As a result, sometimes money that would have been paid to that desiger has to sit on Z's books longer. As payments are currently done, I figure (rough estimate) that I need to sell at least 40% more in order to meet the required threshold for payout. My current meager sales give me a cleared balance of $23.04. Without marketing fees (but still including excess royalty fees which already existed before 4-1-25) I would have had a balance of $42.75. Those marketing fees - $19.71 - make it a lot harder for me to get MY money and I feel that is unfair to designers who are already losing a chunk of their earnings.

I would like to suggest an improvement for the default product mockups on Zazzle. For many products, it is currently difficult for customers to see at a glance what the item actually is. Examples include bath mats, bedding, coasters, tiles, light switch covers, etc. Often, these look like a flat digital file rather than a physical product in a real-world setting. If a designer chooses not to create custom Cover Photos, Zazzle should provide better, high-quality default mockups that show the product in its natural environment (e.g., a bath mat on a floor, or a tile on a wall). This would improve the customer experience and help our products stand out without the extra manual work of creating individual mockups for every single item.

Hi. I love the self-stick wallpaper that Zazzle carries. My suggestion is for border paper such as this. I'm sure it would be a big hit with customers. https://www.amazon.com/Childrens-Self-Adhesive-Sticker-AWBD-8010/dp/B0CW6Q44D7/ref=sr_1_2?
