Maybe I'm in a minority, but I feel like there has been a massive uptick in the number of customers messaging me to help with their open orders.  It would be great if there was more clarification to customers when they message on who to contact for which issues.  Below are just some of the things I've gotten lately. At least half (if not more) of the message I get are for things I cannot help with as a designer. "I ordered invitations earlier today, but I forgot to put the time! Could you please add that the bridal shower is at 11:00 am?" "What is going on with my order? Order ID----------" (by the way, I don't think this was even one of my orders as it does not match any of my order numbers) "My name is Mary ------" (yep that's all it said, and she never responded) "Hi I just placed an order with you and realized that the wording on one of my signs is wrong would I be able to send you the updated one?" "Hi there, in my invitations could make the girl's hair black?" (this was on an already placed order) "When I go to preview the invite there is a weird IM over the text. I already purchased it and I’m worried the invites will be ruined. Can you please help?" "I ordered a sign a couple of weeks ago and still haven’t received it." "so I placed an order originally for 40 baby shower invitations, but wound up editing them and getting an order of 25. Would I be able to get reimbursed for the 40 previously ordered?" ... View more

I would like to be able to type in a page number on the products page in addition to the arrows.  For example, if I need to do something with a product on page 15 and I have 30 pages, that's a lot of clicks forward, when it would be easier just to type 15 and go directly to that page of products. ... I would love to be able to see where a referral comes from, for instance from Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, blog, etc., included on the referral reports. It would be very helpful to determine what promotional efforts we're doing are working best. Thank you!  ... View more

It would be great if we had an option in the design tool to select a particular color by hex code, and then change all of that color on the whole product, whether it is text, and element, or SVG. It would make doing new colorways extremely fast and easy. At the very least, please let us manually select all those elements together at once and still be able to change the color. @Scott is there any way we can have some sort of board or even a volunteer group or an easy way to report stuff to clean up zazzle. that helps filter out the super poorly designed or monochrome or basic template products that just clog up search terms. There should be a way to report these products. I mean the really lousy ones where the design is just so obviously way to big or too small for the products. And also if products appear under the wrong search terms There should be an easy way to flag them and have them moved out. ... View more

Why did Zazzle remove the HTML code for promoting other creators' products? I would like to request that this option be reinstated. I’m not sure when Zazzle stopped offering this feature, but in the past, you could easily grab the HTML code for any product created by other creators and add it to your website as an affiliate. Now, this functionality is only available for our own products in the backend. Although I still add other creators' products to my website, I have to manually create the HTML code, which is quite time-consuming. Zazzle does have an affiliate program, and as creators, we also benefit when we promote other creators' products. There are many Zazzle creators posting about not receiving payment, payments cancelled, W8BEN Form questions, 1099 forms, and similar pay & earnings related topics. These user questions get posted in multiple different forum discussion areas. It would be helpful if all of these type of payment/earnings questions had their own forum category with the appropriate Zazzle Mods from the payment department reviewing regularly and responding to these concerns. ... When I get a cancellation, a million questions go through my mind, that I can never answer. Only Zazzle can provide us with this information. I think it's vital for the designer to know whether something was wrong with the design. But if it was returned for another reason on Zazzle's side, we wouldn't need to know, nor if the person simply decided they didn't want the product for their own reasons. But if there was a problem with the design, us designers need Zazzle to inform us so that we can fix the problem to prevent future reoccurrences. Also, we can learn from this. During this technical issue of the missing EP's occurred I was looking at my public Products page. It was such a lovely treat to see my "true" popular products without the EP's cluttering up the top of the order. I love when a new sold product or a product that has not sold before is also featured on our first page of the Products tab. Don't get me wrong I really am grateful I have a few EP's but in reality my EP's are not my popular sold products. What Zazzle chooses to promote with EP's in my experience are rarely my best selling products. So please consider removing the EP's from our public Products page. Just a suggestion. 😉 ... View more

As an Invitation creator I find it very difficult now, without the detailed close up zoom that we were used to for years, to review our designs, check spellings and typos, corner alignment etc, before posting. The compact new zoom may be good for the buyers but please also provide close up zoom for the designers. Its best to provide 2 level of zoom ( just like at Etsy ) where you get the compact view with first click and the expanded close up view with the second click.
