Like everyone else, I have been trying to take an objective look at some of my early 18yr old stores .. some that have been forgotten.. WOW .. what a mess .. I remember in the “old days” when it was suggested we put every design on every product using the quick create .. yeah.. Im not thinking that was such a good idea .. there have been times I have checked the MP newest designs to see if mine had made it yet .. and a person can tell when QPC was used .. and excuse my tone , but they look like c*ap.. yes even mine .. its embarrassing actually .. I think back in the days we were trying to FILL the marketplace .. now being more selective and actually having to vie for a decent mp spot .. some of these slapped together products are just taking up space .. mine included .. I think it might be time to retire this option for creating products .. time to get serious and if you want to put a design on a product to sell.. you will need to do them one at a time .. thats just my outlook on things .. now back to deleting the garbage I have in my own stores ..

It would be great if we had an option in the design tool to select a particular color by hex code, and then change all of that color on the whole product, whether it is text, and element, or SVG. It would make doing new colorways extremely fast and easy. At the very least, please let us manually select all those elements together at once and still be able to change the color. As it is now, if we have an SVG and text selected together, we can't change the color.

I have a client that wants to outfit her kitchen in my Sun Faces design, but she needs a dish drying mat. I believe she is referring to the microfiber or fabric ones that dry quickly while the dishes drain on the counter top. Do let me know if there is something similar in the substrates already. Thanks!

I'm sorry, but the 'content review' process for accidentally using 'wrong' words as tags needs to be changed. It harms us as designers by taking away hours or weeks worth of work and promotions, but it also costs Zazzle money too! I can understand removing for a visual art infringement, but a tag word? I understand why certain words cannot be used, but we should get an opportunity to fix a tag. Here are my two suggestions for things that would solve this... and probably take a lot less man hours on Zazzle's end. 1. Certain words should be in the zazzle system and automatically not allow us to even use them. I know it's somehow possible because 'onesie' got flagged one time. It has to be far less time consuming for one person to manage these words on the developement end than to deal with the thousands of issues that eventually come up. Trademarked brands, pantone colors, etc., anything commonly known (I know they won't catch everything, but the big ones should be). I'd rather it accidentally take away too many word options, than for me to eventually lose dozens of products. and/or 2. The products should not be completely deleted automatically entirely (for title/tag/description options, not artwork maybe). They could either delete the tag, hide the product and give us a timeline of __ days to remove and fix (I'd be find having to go through content review even), or something else. Or at least let us find them again in our saved designs instead of deleting those too (they 'show' there, but when you click into them, they are gone too). It feels so incredibly unfair that they just wipe products out of existence just because you accidentally used one wrong word. We as designers can't possibly know all of the ones not to use despite how hard we may try.

Idea for additional Info to be included in View Insights: Please add where the traffic came from. Such as Facebook, Wordpress Blog, Instagram, Pinterest, Wix, and I am sure there are others that need to be included. I am part of the Referral Program and as I understand it, I cannot add anything to the referral link such as tracking codes. Please let me know if I am wrong about this. It would be so helpful to know where my referrals are coming from so I can make sure I am active on the sites that are working. Currently, when we view Zazzle collections, the products are all laid out one after the other in an unorganised way, making it hard for the buyer to find exact products they need. I think it would be better if it had a layout more like this: like on the product page, when we scroll down to see the containing collection In this view, products have type sections and can be stacked, meaning less scrolling needed to find the product you need. And it looks neater and more organised. Heck, even the category management screen would be an okay alternative, as things are at least stacked in that view too. Zazzle team, please consider ways of making the category view look more neat and organised like these!

I may have suggested this before, but I spend a lot of time assisting customers with their designs through the chat system. This generally involves sending them a lot of screenshots, and it would save me SOOO much time if I could paste images directly into chat instead of having to save the screenshot as a separate image and then go through all of the rigamarole to upload it. Right after Christmas and before spring time would be a great time to start to introduce garden accessories I had suggested a while ago.... gardening gloves, garden tools carryall, garden aprons (totally different from cooking aprons), garden sign / stakes, garden stepping stones, and personalized garden tools to name a few. Could we please have a few realistic looking insitus for the Acrylic Trays? Perhaps one with the tray on a tabletop. Need one for both the rectangle and the square style. This is interfering with choosing the fonts. It's covering up the fonts now, and I can't get rid of it, so please allow us to either move it around or remove it altogether, because it is really problematic. Especially for those of us who do not need AI or customer service help while designing. Thank you.

I’ve always wanted more clarity around cancellations. While we understand we'll never find out the exact reasons for a cancellation, I think it would be incredibly helpful if the Royalty History included the cancellation date when we filter for cancellations. If an order is canceled within a day or two, it’s likely unrelated to our design. However, if it’s canceled weeks later, it might indicate a potential issue with the design after the product was received. This insight would allow us to review and improve our templates more effectively.

I think many of us would find it interesting and fun if we allowed a place for our customers to display their customized product. It's always a mystery what our customers actually do with our templates and I think we could all maybe even learn something from seeing the finished designs. This could be done two ways: either displayed only on our backend for us to see what our product looks like finished and customized or in some public forum where all can see? Of course they would have to check off a waiver box allowing their designs to be publicly seen but I don't think they would mind and if they do... they just choose not to but lets give them the opportunity. And I wonder if it would be an option to have a link back to our original product or display the original and the customized product side by side to show how creative they were with it? Having the tiling option for SVGs would be extremely helpful for customers who have specific colours in mind but cannot find their preferred design in those colours. It would also be helpful for designers who want to offer multiple colour options. There could also be a filter for this so that customers searching for specific colours would get to see all SVG design options and then choose their own colours. I think this would really benefit Zazzle so please consider it. Thank you!

Wouldn't it be a great if we could have a way for creators to report really bad end-products in the marketplace to Zazzle? To clarify - I am not talking about the actual design/uploaded image being bad, what someone designs and what someone else thinks of it is subjective, this is not the issue. What I am thinking of is those shops that just spews out images on products without even looking at the finished product. The ones who put a picture in the same small size on a mug and a t-shirt, the ones where a a line of words go outside the design so it is not making sense at all, the wrapping paper with just one small image on it, not repeated, so the rest of the roll is white, just giving a few examples I've seen lately. It is not that I personally go looking for them, they are just show up now and then when doing a marketplace search. Can't help but wonder what potential customers think of the over-all quality of the products sold on Zazzle when something really bad turns up for sale in their own search. I know of other creators also seeing examples of this in the marketplace and those of us who actually take time and pride in trying to create a great end-product for the marketplace just cringe when we come across one of these items. None of the alternatives on the "Report Violation" feature seems to fit this particular problem. Would it not be a good idea to have an easy way for us to report these kind of products?
