They come in a standard set of 4, with two 8" and two 10" round covers. Hello! As creators, it would be exceptionally helpful to have a “heads up” when an item is low on stock. This would be a fantastic time for us to really champion customers visiting the site and making those purchases before the item is gone (or at least gone for awhile).  Even more critical, we need to know when an item is out of stock. We have advertising everywhere and promote heavily. Sending customers to out of stock items— or worse, discontinued ones with a 404 message— looks bad for everyone. Maybe I'm in a minority, but I feel like there has been a massive uptick in the number of customers messaging me to help with their open orders.  It would be great if there was more clarification to customers when they message on who to contact for which issues.  Below are just some of the things I've gotten lately. At least half (if not more) of the message I get are for things I cannot help with as a designer. "I ordered invitations earlier today, but I forgot to put the time! Could you please add that the bridal shower is at 11:00 am?" "What is going on with my order? Order ID----------" (by the way, I don't think this was even one of my orders as it does not match any of my order numbers) "My name is Mary ------" (yep that's all it said, and she never responded) "Hi I just placed an order with you and realized that the wording on one of my signs is wrong would I be able to send you the updated one?" "Hi there, in my invitations could make the girl's hair black?" (this was on an already placed order) "When I go to preview the invite there is a weird IM over the text. I already purchased it and I’m worried the invites will be ruined. Can you please help?" "I ordered a sign a couple of weeks ago and still haven’t received it." "so I placed an order originally for 40 baby shower invitations, but wound up editing them and getting an order of 25. Would I be able to get reimbursed for the 40 previously ordered?" ... View more

With the new Ambassador program, many of us are scrambling to adjust our approach and make ends meet. I was thinking that one way to lessen the blow a bit would be to provide a system where customers could leave a tip or payment that would go directly to the designer - it could be used as a way to collect compensation for custom design work, or it could simply be a way for a customer to leave a tip as a thank you for a designer.  Just a thought... ... I would like to see Zazzle add a new product for us to sale both in girls and women's sizes all over print nightgown and robes. There are so many cute ways to design artwork for them. I can think of a million ways to design for them. When I shop for my granddaughter, there are not too many cute nightgowns out there. Everyone uses them so there is a demand for them. My granddaughter has Autism but wears a women's medium most medium sizes are not always friendly for her to grownup of a theme.  It would have to be an allover print not just a box in the front of the nightgown same for robes. All over prints are just cuter. So many fantastic artists and designers are on this site I can just imagine the beautiful and fun nightgown and robes that could be created. When publishing cards and gifts for just the Grad, I can't find "Grad" anywhere in the Recipient category under "For Anyone." Could we please have Grad added to that list? It would be great if we could have a direct only or hidden only product option for matchbox sticker replacements.  I've had a handful of customers need these in the past few months because they forgot to change something on their product or they messed up the stickers, or other situations.  I understand not wanting to offer this as a public product (as to not encourage people to buy the matchboxes elsewhere), but since there is not sticker option on here that is the same size, there seems to not be an option for customers who end up in this situation. Or maybe only available to a customer who has already bought the set? Not sure all the details or how best to do it without costing actual matchbox sales, but figured I'd mention it. ... View more

I was in a bookstore the other day (not mentioning which one) and was browsing through the stationery section and came across these really cute password keepers. They are small and are either hardcover or faux leather, many are spiral bound. They all had printed, alphabetized forms in them for internet websites and their passwords. Many had beautifully, illustrated covers. Most I saw were 4 x 5.5 inches, with a few larger size ones. I just did some research and a lot of designer requirements may be missed or burried. Some of these are very valid. I've been a user of Flatsome theme for wordpress for many years, and I have seen how they manage and proritise customer lead changes and UX feedback through a website called canny. The web designers simply add a case for change or a change request and these are up-voted by fellow designers. Comments can be added by staff or fellow designers. It's easy to understand. Maybe Zazzle can consider such a system to handle Designer feedback and suggestions? ... View more

I'm not sure how to explain this issue, but the vast majority of my products have artwork that extends beyond the bleed, so it gets the little yellow alert - which is fine, I know to just ignore it. The problem is that anything with the yellow alert thing also gets highlighted in pink, so it makes it hard to figure out which layer is active. Literally dozens of times every day I end up deleting or copying or moving the wrong layer because I think that the artwork is the active layer when it isn't. Here's a screenshot: The active layer is really the text at the bottom, but on first glance it looks like the artwork is active. Could it maybe just have the yellow alert without the outline, or change the color of the outline to a thin gray line or something to make it visually clear that the artwork is not the active layer here. ... Zazzle has everything but sheets to go with the bedding. If I would buy to redo my bedding room and bathroom Zazzle would have pillows, pillowcases, Duvet cover, blankets, lamps, wallpaper, shower curtains, bathmat, towels, candles, clock, wall plate but no sheets. These user questions get posted in multiple different forum discussion areas. It would be helpful if all of these type of payment/earnings questions had their own forum category with the appropriate Zazzle Mods from the payment department reviewing regularly and responding to these concerns. ... Instead of listing "3rd party" for referred sales, could we use our Member ID numbers? Or the last 5 digits of our ID numbers? So the categories would be Self, None, Zazzle and 'Member ID'? It would be nice to have a better idea of where these sales are coming from. ... View more
