If we could maybe have a giant warning on photo based items, or have the safe lines moved in even more? I've noticed a number of reviews lately are negative because of people/faces getting cut off of the sides of a variety of items. As designers we have to make sure the template goes to the edge, but then it seems the customers may be allowing the faces too close to the edge or safe lines when they change them out. So not sure what can/should be done, just noticing quite a few coming in with the same customer notes.

I know this has been requested before, but here it is again: Please, I'm begging Zazzle, pretty please add 12x12 in scrapbook papers to the site! Standard scrapbook albums are made for the 12x12" papers, and that's what people use. Also, if Zazzle sold those albums, designers could have another object for creations (more $$!). Another possibility is to add 12x12" papers to the digital downloads, and let us create in that size, and let the customer download the papers; Etsy does this. Is this doable?

Please enable us to change default paper types on more than one invitation at a time, as we have nearly 20,000 products so it’s impossible to change all. Please do something about this problem as we have cancelled sales because the customer didn’t change to semi gloss which is preferred for our invitations. Thank you, Shan

Maybe this is just me, and I'm not sure how long it has been since this menu was moved/created, but at least 3-4 dozen times every day I accidentally mouse over it, at which point it expands to cover up the entire screen, and it drives me absolutely crazy! I certainly understand that you want to make it as easy as possible for customers to find things, and I totally support that, but I'm wondering if there could be some way that designers could turn it off while we're working so that it isn't quite so disruptive.

I am sorry, but it is very unprofessional looking. I am not just speaking from a designer side on this. I was on Google doing some personal shopping and saw some Zazzle items on the results that fit what I was looking for. Upon clicking on them, all I see are these products across the page when it loaded. I had to scroll down to actually look at the product I had clicked through to see. Excuse me...but how freakin' aggravating it must be for other customers as well. Not to mention having to scroll past all the other products showcased below the one I was interested in just to see the product information. I am sorry, but I think this is a complete hinderance from the shopping side of things for the customer. I know this has already been discussed in the forums, and I understand how awful this is from the designer's side of things. But i just got first hand experience being a customer and it definitely was not a great impression. I felt bombarded and immediately wanted to hit the back button to return to the Google search results. Zazzle, please seriously reconsider the placements of the "extra products" you are trying to throw in customers faces and be considerate of the products that the customer expects to see when clicking through to an item they already were interested in enough to click through in the first place. Sorry for the rant but it is what it is.

The new frames feature is really confusing when you just want to use a basic shape like a circle or a square. Those options are available when you first click on the shapes tab: To me, it isn't clear that you can actually click on one of those from this menu - I thought they were just examples, so I naturally clicked on "view all" to, you know, view ALL of the available options. BUT once you click on "view all" there's no way to access these basic shapes, the only way to get them back is to click the back arrow at the top to go back to the main frames menu. I find this really confusing! There should be a "basic shapes" section at the top of "view all" that has squares, rectangles, circles, ovals etc.

The new font display system makes it harder to view and choose fonts — not easier. And the way it covers the design artboard is annoying and not helpful at all. Please consider returning to the previous font display. Thanks!

Please provide the following benefit to Zazzle customers: Create a block against new shops using the name ZAZZLE anywhere in their shop name URL. Seeing shops such as these surely is confusing to customers, who most likely think they are dealing directly with the company, and not with a random creator. Bonus Points for finding and shutting down some of the already existing shops. I have found a few which have ZAZZLE__THIS or ZAZZLE____THAT in the URL or shop title (or both) and offer nothing but a series of blank products.

It would be great if the Home & Living cross-sell collections would be formatted like the Event and Business Cross-sell collections. It's super helpful to be able to see other variations of the same product directly underneath a product. Especially for pillows, where we might have several coordinating pillows in a collection that people would potentially want to buy together. I realize that it would be impossible to make "grouped" products for every conceivable subcategory under Home & Living, but the major things like pillows, mugs, bedding, and bathroom could have their groups. Even better would be to let us choose 5-10 custom groupings for each collection.

Is it possible to add a feature to Zazzle where designers could group the same product with the same design rendered in different sizes in one listing for ease of customer selection? Not all designs fit all the different product size variations (like, for example, doormats and post-it notes). And I frequently see purchases where a customer has chosen a different product size, and the resulting design doesn’t fit the product. I don’t know if the customer fixes the design to fit the particular product size themself, if they get help from Zazzle customer service, or if they purchase an ill-fitting design (they aren’t being returned and the orders are not being canceled). Instead of creating the same listing in 4-5 different sizes, designers need additional artboards in the design tool where they can resize the design to fit any size the customer chooses for that particular product. This would result in more sales for designers, Zazzle, and potentially fewer returns and cancelled orders. Thanks!

The tiling feature currently offers two options: "Tile" and "Horizontal." However, only "Tile" allows SVG files. It would fantastic if we could include SVGs in both. Especially since the "Tile" option is limited to a 6" square, with a "Basic" tiling layout, and doesn't transfer to other products as a tiled pattern. - The "Horizontal" option allows much greater flexibility with size and layout (Half Drop, Half Brick etc). - It also transfers as a tiled pattern to other products. The new "Best Practices For Designing Templates" encourages the use of SVG files so that customers can customize colors. Not allowing SVGs in "Horizontal" tiled products restricts this. For instance, a customer might want to match colors for cards, tags, and "Horizontal" tiled wrapping paper. However, there is still an issue with "Horizontal" tiling and the new design tool! You still can't select template elements on the design area. You have to use the 'Edit' box to customize text and images, so SVG objects would need to be included there. It would be ideal if "Horizontal" tiled designs functioned similarly to "Tile" designs within the design area, by only displaying the template area, not the entire tiled pattern. This would allow customers to access individual elements in the same way as they do with all other product types.

Many Online Vendors have a ‘Guest Checkout’ making it much easier with fewer steps to purchase. In order to purchase from Zazzle you must create an Account. Could this be a small deterrent for Customers wanting to purchase right Here right Now!? (I have always used a Guest Checkout whenever available). Is this a security issue with Zazzle or other reasons?

Often when designing invitations, save the dates, holiday cards etc, I create different versions of the same product to offer the customer different choices on the back of the card. E.g. a wedding invitation might have three versions: one with a pattern; one with photos and a link to the website; and one with details/information. Would it be possible to design 2-4 different options for the back and let the customer choose between them when customizing instead of the creator posting separate products? So, under layers, we'd have Back (main) and then maybe a checkbox to click if we want to design another back, which would add Back (option A). Then another checkbox to add Back (option B). Or however one wants to structure it. I don't know anything about software or coding, but if it's possible to add this to the tool, I think it would make things easier for both customers and creators, and it would help in decreasing the number of products in the marketplace that look identical at first glance. Thank you!

I was just thinking. I know there are a lot of big sellers on Z so this doesn't affect them but with the marketing fees it takes smaller sellers longer to reach the payment threshold of $50 for Paypal payments. I wish the payment threshold could be lowered so we smaller sellers would get paid sooner.....just sayin'......

Hi! Since Zazzle offers custom cornhole bags, could you give customers an option to buy the cornhole set without the bags included? I think they'd be more inclined to buy matching/coordinating designs without having twice as many bags as they need or paying for ones they won't use. (Similar to how cards or invitations can be purchased without envelopes if the customer wants to order matching ones separately) Thanks for considering this!

Hello! I have asked about this awhile back, but it’s gotten buried and there’s still no progress. Could we please have a human model for the plus size shirts? As a plus size designer, and one who has purchased one of the shirts and loves the weight and fit, this would really be nice. Quite frankly, I feel disrespected that my size is just a flat lay item. Thank you, Amanda
