Please give us the option to set products to Digital ONLY. Now that digital self-referral sales are capped at 50% max, I would like to have the option to promote some digital cards using my referral ID, but I do NOT want to sell the physical cards that way. So it would be good if we could make digital-only versions to promote with the referral ID and get a cross-over sale instead of a self-referral sale.

It would be very helpful for those who are using the "Share" button from Z to be able to add a tc code before posting to a social media account or email. For example as it works now, when we use the "share" button from a product page the link is shared without any way to add a tc code. If we could track our traffic of sales to the source (Pinterest, blog, website etc) that would help us to determine where the sale came from.

It would be helpful if we could reorder the collections by Event, Occasion or Moment. At the moment we only have Drag collections to rearrange Maybe make the Title/Occasion/Type sortable (similar to a spreadsheet) and by just clicking on them - they'd sort so sort by Title, sort by occasion, sort by type maybe? I would like to be able to type in a page number on the products page in addition to the arrows. For example, if I need to do something with a product on page 15 and I have 30 pages, that's a lot of clicks forward, when it would be easier just to type 15 and go directly to that page of products.

There are many Zazzle creators posting about not receiving payment, payments cancelled, W8BEN Form questions, 1099 forms, and similar pay & earnings related topics. These user questions get posted in multiple different forum discussion areas. It would be helpful if all of these type of payment/earnings questions had their own forum category with the appropriate Zazzle Mods from the payment department reviewing regularly and responding to these concerns.

When we submit royalty changes a box appears on the product’s royalty page with the new rate which disappears when the rate changes. However, it’s impossible to tell without checking each product’s royalty page if it was submitted successfully. It would be useful if a little identifier like a red dot or some other symbol were to appear in a store’s backend product grid by the royalty % signifying a pending change so they can easily be identified without having to click on every product.

Hi. I may have mentioned this a while back, but here goes: What about Zazzle offering a bridal registry or shower registry for wedding and shower collections. If this is not feasible, a customer wish list would be a nice option to include. This way, customers may select items they like, put them on their wish list for their own convenience or to share. I believe this would be a good move on Zazzle's part. Just an idea.

Can we please get the in situ images for the thermal tumblers FIXED? This has been an issue from the start, and still hasn't been fixed. There are a bunch of nice mockups, but they are unusable because the images are on the sides instead of front and back! Yes, I know we can work around it and design on the Background layer to fit the in situs, but then when a customer goes to personalize it, and looks at the plain "front" and "back" images, THOSE images will be wrong!

Hello! I have a few suggestions that I think I will appreciate a lot. I would love to know where the referrals come from: Pinterest, Facebook, a blog, TikTok, or Instagram. I really would love to know; it doesn't matter if it's a third-party referral or a self-referral—I want to know them all. For Collections sort, we can organize products by last viewed day, last sold day, and popularity. I would love to check out my collections this way too. I would love to separate product views into organic and non-organic, and also have the keywords that bring the organic views. For instance, on product insights, we may have "Zazzle Searches," which I suppose are organic searches, but then I don't get to see the keywords. I have no idea how people find me. I have the feeling that Zazzle doesn't show these keywords until the first sale occurs, so as not to generate wrong impressions, but this information will help in tuning a product for better performance. I know that we receive notifications when products are really doing badly. For example, every day I have notifications from products that have more than 12 months without views. However, I would also love to see notifications when a product is reaching a point where it is overperforming because the views are really high for the time being. Not only do products with no views have problems with sales, but products with lots of views may also have problems because they also don't sell. Therefore, alarms should be turned on for these two kinds of products, in my humble opinion. Thanks for your time and consideration!

Zazzle promotes all types of holidays and dedications. I think this is a good thing. However, the month of June seems to have taken a backseat to one of the most long honored devotions. This month has long been dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Please consider mentioning this as the month of June draws near. When I get a cancellation, a million questions go through my mind, that I can never answer. Only Zazzle can provide us with this information. I think it's vital for the designer to know whether something was wrong with the design. But if it was returned for another reason on Zazzle's side, we wouldn't need to know, nor if the person simply decided they didn't want the product for their own reasons. But if there was a problem with the design, us designers need Zazzle to inform us so that we can fix the problem to prevent future reoccurrences. Also, we can learn from this. I feel this is very important, and I wish Zazzle would start implementing it.

Why did Zazzle remove the HTML code for promoting other creators' products? I would like to request that this option be reinstated. I’m not sure when Zazzle stopped offering this feature, but in the past, you could easily grab the HTML code for any product created by other creators and add it to your website as an affiliate. Now, this functionality is only available for our own products in the backend. Although I still add other creators' products to my website, I have to manually create the HTML code, which is quite time-consuming. Zazzle does have an affiliate program, and as creators, we also benefit when we promote other creators' products.
