Maybe this is just me, and I'm not sure how long it has been since this menu was moved/created, but at least 3-4 dozen times every day I accidentally mouse over it, at which point it expands to cover up the entire screen, and it drives me absolutely crazy! I certainly understand that you want to make it as easy as possible for customers to find things, and I totally support that, but I'm wondering if there could be some way that designers could turn it off while we're working so that it isn't quite so disruptive.

I would love if Zazzle would add the ability to bulk edit product merchandising options for the same product type (ex: changing all fleece blankets to a certain size, etc). It's so tedious editing them individually.

Please provide the following benefit to Zazzle customers: Create a block against new shops using the name ZAZZLE anywhere in their shop name URL. Seeing shops such as these surely is confusing to customers, who most likely think they are dealing directly with the company, and not with a random creator. Bonus Points for finding and shutting down some of the already existing shops. I have found a few which have ZAZZLE__THIS or ZAZZLE____THAT in the URL or shop title (or both) and offer nothing but a series of blank products.

With the thousands of products we may have, it would be so much quicker and easier for us to sort by "No" cover image to pull those and work on them. TY for considering this.

That's it. That's the tweet. Show Zazzle "Referrals" as 1st Party sales in Earnings. You are not a 3rd Party.

Could we please have an insitu added for the all-over-print aprons that will show a close-up sample of the apron? It is almost impossible to see make out the details of patterns on an apron worn by the model. Thank you!

Hello! I have asked about this awhile back, but it’s gotten buried and there’s still no progress. Could we please have a human model for the plus size shirts? As a plus size designer, and one who has purchased one of the shirts and loves the weight and fit, this would really be nice. Quite frankly, I feel disrespected that my size is just a flat lay item. Thank you, Amanda

The Z landing page from outside links to discontinued backpacks currently offers the "Personalize this item" or "Edit this design" button. Please consider making the "Transfer this design" option more prominent for these items, i.e. above the 60 other unrelated products on the landing page. Also, please consider moving an associated collection to a space on the product page above the 60 other unrelated products on the landing page. Thank you

I am sorry, but it is very unprofessional looking. I am not just speaking from a designer side on this. I was on Google doing some personal shopping and saw some Zazzle items on the results that fit what I was looking for. Upon clicking on them, all I see are these products across the page when it loaded. I had to scroll down to actually look at the product I had clicked through to see. Excuse me...but how freakin' aggravating it must be for other customers as well. Not to mention having to scroll past all the other products showcased below the one I was interested in just to see the product information. I am sorry, but I think this is a complete hinderance from the shopping side of things for the customer. I know this has already been discussed in the forums, and I understand how awful this is from the designer's side of things. But i just got first hand experience being a customer and it definitely was not a great impression. I felt bombarded and immediately wanted to hit the back button to return to the Google search results. Zazzle, please seriously reconsider the placements of the "extra products" you are trying to throw in customers faces and be considerate of the products that the customer expects to see when clicking through to an item they already were interested in enough to click through in the first place. Sorry for the rant but it is what it is.

Hello! As creators, it would be exceptionally helpful to have a “heads up” when an item is low on stock. This would be a fantastic time for us to really champion customers visiting the site and making those purchases before the item is gone (or at least gone for awhile). Even more critical, we need to know when an item is out of stock. We have advertising everywhere and promote heavily. Sending customers to out of stock items— or worse, discontinued ones with a 404 message— looks bad for everyone. Other POD sites do this, so I know it’s possible. Thank you for your consideration. Hi, since the All-Over-Print Socks (Crew Socks) - Sold by Zazzle have been "discontinued" (even though the socks have a "Sorry this item is completely sold out" Notify me when it's back in stock message)... Can you please have someone look into Migrating all of the designs from these now discontinued socks, onto the other socks below that are available: 1) Sustainable Premium Crew Sock - Sold by Zazzle 2) High-Performance Athletic Crew Sock - Sold by Zazzle I thought when something like this happens, designs are automatically migrated over to the other new item type? I've had Design Migration enabled for years. Please let me know, as I've had socks for a long time with my designs on them for the All-Over-Print Socks that have had sales in the past, and have shared many of them to Pinterest. Otherwise I'd have to transfer ALL of my now discontinued designed socks over one-by-one... It would be much better if they could all be migrated over please. Thank you

I would like to see Zazzle add a new product for us to sale both in girls and women's sizes all over print nightgown and robes. There are so many cute ways to design artwork for them. I can think of a million ways to design for them. When I shop for my granddaughter, there are not too many cute nightgowns out there. Everyone uses them so there is a demand for them. My granddaughter has Autism but wears a women's medium most medium sizes are not always friendly for her to grownup of a theme. It would have to be an allover print not just a box in the front of the nightgown same for robes. All over prints are just cuter. So many fantastic artists and designers are on this site I can just imagine the beautiful and fun nightgown and robes that could be created. Different kinds of all over print nightgown example T-shirt nightgown (teens would love that), regular nightgowns and robes. Would love to see these products come to Zazzle.

Please consider displaying an adult wearing the fanny pack to offer a helpful perspective on the size. I checked the size (14.5” x 6”) in the product description after seeing a few cover photos on adults which I assumed were larger than the actual pack.

When trying to get the best looking seam on wrapping paper that is a repeat pattern, it would be very helpful to have the view inside the design tool. Having to go back and forth, from design tool to product view constantly is not adequate. It should be inside the design tool.

I'm not sure how to explain this issue, but the vast majority of my products have artwork that extends beyond the bleed, so it gets the little yellow alert - which is fine, I know to just ignore it. The problem is that anything with the yellow alert thing also gets highlighted in pink, so it makes it hard to figure out which layer is active. Literally dozens of times every day I end up deleting or copying or moving the wrong layer because I think that the artwork is the active layer when it isn't. Here's a screenshot: The active layer is really the text at the bottom, but on first glance it looks like the artwork is active. Could it maybe just have the yellow alert without the outline, or change the color of the outline to a thin gray line or something to make it visually clear that the artwork is not the active layer here.

Zazzle has everything but sheets to go with the bedding. If I would buy to redo my bedding room and bathroom Zazzle would have pillows, pillowcases, Duvet cover, blankets, lamps, wallpaper, shower curtains, bathmat, towels, candles, clock, wall plate but no sheets. Who would do a bedroom to match and not match the sheets too. Would love to see sheets added to Zazzle products.

With the new Ambassador program, many of us are scrambling to adjust our approach and make ends meet. I was thinking that one way to lessen the blow a bit would be to provide a system where customers could leave a tip or payment that would go directly to the designer - it could be used as a way to collect compensation for custom design work, or it could simply be a way for a customer to leave a tip as a thank you for a designer. Just a thought...

Maybe I'm in a minority, but I feel like there has been a massive uptick in the number of customers messaging me to help with their open orders. It would be great if there was more clarification to customers when they message on who to contact for which issues. Below are just some of the things I've gotten lately. At least half (if not more) of the message I get are for things I cannot help with as a designer. "I ordered invitations earlier today, but I forgot to put the time! Could you please add that the bridal shower is at 11:00 am?" "What is going on with my order? Order ID----------" (by the way, I don't think this was even one of my orders as it does not match any of my order numbers) "My name is Mary ------" (yep that's all it said, and she never responded) "Hi I just placed an order with you and realized that the wording on one of my signs is wrong would I be able to send you the updated one?" "Hi there, in my invitations could make the girl's hair black?" (this was on an already placed order) "When I go to preview the invite there is a weird IM over the text. I already purchased it and I’m worried the invites will be ruined. Can you please help?" "I ordered a sign a couple of weeks ago and still haven’t received it." "so I placed an order originally for 40 baby shower invitations, but wound up editing them and getting an order of 25. Would I be able to get reimbursed for the 40 previously ordered?"
