Zazzle, would you please optimize your Facebook feed. Just about every day I see you posting a beautiful product on your Facebook feed. People might wish to buy these gorgeous Zazzle offerings. However, never once have I seen you provide a link in your post. Sometimes, but not always, your Facebook post tells me I can find "link in bio". There is never a link in your bio. There is never a way to find the lovely product I and countless others might otherwise buy. Your Facebook feed has two hundred and thirty eight thousand followers. I am sorry, but it is very unprofessional looking. I am not just speaking from a designer side on this. I was on Google doing some personal shopping and saw some Zazzle items on the results that fit what I was looking for. Upon clicking on them, all I see are these products across the page when it loaded. I had to scroll down to actually look at the product I had clicked through to see. Excuse me...but how freakin' aggravating it must be for other customers as well. Not to mention having to scroll past all the other products showcased below the one I was interested in just to see the product information. I am sorry, but I think this is a complete hinderance from the shopping side of things for the customer. I know this has already been discussed in the forums, and I understand how awful this is from the designer's side of things. But i just got first hand experience being a customer and it definitely was not a great impression. I felt bombarded and immediately wanted to hit the back button to return to the Google search results. Zazzle, please seriously reconsider the placements of the "extra products" you are trying to throw in customers faces and be considerate of the products that the customer expects to see when clicking through to an item they already were interested in enough to click through in the first place. If possible, it would be great if you could add distance measurements in the design tool like Canva does. Also, please change the new pink lines to another color that's easier to the eyes to work with. It would be great if text and images could align like before. Now I have to click manually the button while before, I could just move until it touched the line and it changed color letting me know it was touching that line. Here's an example. Before, we could know it was aligned. Now it only aligns to the other element, not these lines. This means I first have to center one element manually using this and then the other align to the element I centered. Hope it makes sense. It was good before. Thanks!

With the new Ambassador program, many of us are scrambling to adjust our approach and make ends meet. I was thinking that one way to lessen the blow a bit would be to provide a system where customers could leave a tip or payment that would go directly to the designer - it could be used as a way to collect compensation for custom design work, or it could simply be a way for a customer to leave a tip as a thank you for a designer. Just a small suggestion - would it be possible to remove the side column from storefronts (where the media section is) so the categories and products can go all the way across - like they do on the products page and collections page? The sidebar kind of creates a blank waste of space along the side for most of the page and causes the category images to be odd numbered with a blank spot on the front page. If you have 8 categories with images - looks great on the products page (2 rows of 4 categories - perfect!) - but on the front page - it shows oddly as 2 rows of 3 categories and 1 row of 2 categories with a blank spot. Maybe move media - under About and same width as that - but above Categories - so categories, collections and products can be full width.

I wish with just 1 click I could see which products still need a cover photo and which ones need a video. I'd like to suggest an option to sort our products on the backend by cover photos and videos needed or not. It would also be nice if we could see with just 1 glance if a product is part of a collection or not, without any extra clicks. Thanks!

Maybe I'm in a minority, but I feel like there has been a massive uptick in the number of customers messaging me to help with their open orders. It would be great if there was more clarification to customers when they message on who to contact for which issues. Below are just some of the things I've gotten lately. At least half (if not more) of the message I get are for things I cannot help with as a designer. "I ordered invitations earlier today, but I forgot to put the time! Could you please add that the bridal shower is at 11:00 am?" "What is going on with my order? Order ID----------" (by the way, I don't think this was even one of my orders as it does not match any of my order numbers) "My name is Mary ------" (yep that's all it said, and she never responded) "Hi I just placed an order with you and realized that the wording on one of my signs is wrong would I be able to send you the updated one?" "Hi there, in my invitations could make the girl's hair black?" (this was on an already placed order) "When I go to preview the invite there is a weird IM over the text. I already purchased it and I’m worried the invites will be ruined. Can you please help?" "I ordered a sign a couple of weeks ago and still haven’t received it." "so I placed an order originally for 40 baby shower invitations, but wound up editing them and getting an order of 25. Would I be able to get reimbursed for the 40 previously ordered?"

Title, Description, and Tags should all support each other for on- and off-site SEO. It would be easier to ensure we're using supportive Tags, if the input field for them were located up where we can see all three fields together -- in that big empty space next to the Product Merchandising image. It would make workflow a tad more user friendly and help our creative juices when we can only think of three tags and want more because we can see the Description and Product in the same panel. It would prevent us scrolling up and down and thinking "wait, is this the blue one or the green one?" I do understand how complex coding is for the entire Z site, but this one is a simple CSS mod. I know because I did it in the Inspect panel to grab this screen cap. 😉 Thank you for your consideration. 😊

I'd love a measuring tool in the design area. This would be incredibly useful for accurate placement, and would provide a better sense of scale for images and text on smaller products.

I would love to be able to see where a referral comes from, for instance from Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, blog, etc., included on the referral reports. It would be very helpful to determine what promotional efforts we're doing are working best. Thank you!

I recently got in to diamond painting and there's a lot of people buying what's called Coverminders which we use to hold back the plastic from the diamond painting. I'm not sure what they use to make them but I think acrylic or plastic seem popular and then vinyl stickers maybe with the image goes on top. Some use resin to protect the image. And there's a nice magnet on the back which is what holds the plastic. Im not sure the details but im sure the Zazzle staff in charge of the product designs and stuff would be able to figure it out. Seems like it could be a good addition to Zazzle. They're very popular on Etsy.

I'm hoping given all the recent changes, that Zazzle will host a webinar to share with the creators on this wonderful platform what we need to do to be seen. I can't be the only one who has been hit with a sharp dip in sales and views. I just looked at my link over history and I've gone from 200+ clicks a day to 8. Obviously something has dramatically changed in how our pins, and social posts with our links and affiliate links are being seen by search engines. Is Zazzle now giving more weight to Titles over Tags or vice versa? Are our old links no longer working with the new Ambassador program? I'm sure Zazzle wants all of us to succeed rather than just a small handful that know the recipe to the secret sauce and charge $$$ to share it. Shouldn't all the creators know the best SEO practices preferred by the Zazzle algorithm so we can all sell more?

The design tool is giving me fits today because I'm trying to work on some details of a design and the new areas thing is always covering up part of the design even when it's collapsed. I like this new feature, but it's getting in my way. The problem could be solved if we could have a slider to control the width of the left hand panel instead of an all or nothing choice between hogging up a huge chunk of the screen and collapsed. Same for the right hand panel though it's not as problematic.

Wasn't sure whether to put this here or in technical issues - but is there any way Zazzle can make the curved “ ” and ‘ ’ the default in the customizer? Or is there a shortcut I don't know about to make them show up easier than copy paste (since customers likely won't do that). That straight prime symbol that shows up is so unsightly and even obtrusive in some fonts. Thanks! (I tried to search if this has been asked before but every post that Mark has ever commented on came up in the results 😂)

As it happens, I have 4-5 Support requests in via email. They're on various topics -- Fabric identifies as Digital Download, Authenticating without Cell, Products where customers shouldn't be able to Edit This Design are able to do so, and I can't remember what else right now. In every case, the Service Rep has responded with either "we need more info" or "it's taking longer than expected." I have no idea what they're talking about. I suppose customers are writing in with one request, but when it's a designer, we're all over the place and could well be a customer too. This morning a lovely person said "we need more information," and I sent "which request?," and I got "it's taking longer than expected." Well, heck yeah, it's taking longer -- because all we're doing is trading emails. 😅 Please include our original request in the response or at least give us some clue of topic in the initial response. Then we can use the case number in the email (never the subject line; that always changes) to identify the topic. Thank you.

I request among the stationary template options, you label clearly which ones are downable in the template description. It's not identified and I may not find out I fill out the marketplace selling form whether a stationary design is downloadable or not, then once I see that, I have to go find the right one and remake the design. Please make what is downloadable clearly labeled on the stationary template selection.

I understand that Zazzle doesn't want to advertise the millions of designs by designers on google anymore because of cost factors, but can they not at least carry on advertising that they have a site that sells customizable products. I googled "Wedding Invitations" and "Business Cards" and Zazzle are no where to be seen. Other sites like Vistaprint and numerous other sites must be making so much more money now. So just an idea for Zazzle, at the very least please advertise that your site exists when future customers simply type in the basics like "Posters" "Greeting cards" e.t.c.

There are many Zazzle creators posting about not receiving payment, payments cancelled, W8BEN Form questions, 1099 forms, and similar pay & earnings related topics. These user questions get posted in multiple different forum discussion areas. It would be helpful if all of these type of payment/earnings questions had their own forum category with the appropriate Zazzle Mods from the payment department reviewing regularly and responding to these concerns.

I believe nowadays more and more folks are using their mobile devices to browse and shop online. Please add Sort by: Popular Newest Price: low-to-high Price: high-to-low to the mobile and app interface. While one of my own items pops currently up as number 5 with the default of popularity in this example (and that makes me happy of course because I sold it twice this months) adding more sorting options would level the seller play field a bit (meaning would give newer sellers a better shot on Zazzle) as well as be really beneficial for customers too because they will have some sorting options they currently only enjoy when they use a computer to shop on Zazzle.
