I'm sure Zazzle wants us to sell their products so please give us a 'SHARE' button that actually does what it's meant to do. Currently, many of us are spending all our time creating manual social media posts because Zazzle's share button gives such limited results on all platforms. In my opinion, every share option should produce these results: product page title, clickable images, OUR description (I realize this one might be problematic with some designers not utilizing Zazzle's description field but at least make the description field editable) and tags. Here's a breakdown of what the share button currently results in, for each social media option: TWITTER: no image, no description, no hashtags; gives title and product link in the post only PINTEREST: no description, no title, no hashtags; gives an image; linked through Pinterest's 'visit site' option FACEBOOK: no image, no description, no hashtags; gives URL and title only; product link through URL INSTAGRAM: non-existent As you can see, these results are pretty sad. Hopefully a fix for the sharing button can be pushed to the top of Zazzle's 'To Do' list. As I see it, it should be a priority.

I've read the discussion posts on being able to move items between stores, but I'm adding it here as a suggestion. When I first started on Zazzle, I didn't realize that a specific sub-niche of wedding invitations would end up being 50% of my sales. I would love to be able to create and market a store specifically for that avatar, but I have so many products and sales and stats I don't want to lose! I really think in the long run, it would also benefit Zazzle, because specific markets and buyers could be targeted much easier, and therefore most likely driving up sales. I understand this suggestion has been around on the discussion boards for years, but PLEASE consider a way to do this. It most definitely would benefit BOTH designers and Zazzle!

It would be great if we had a type case change option. So when we click on a text field, we could change to 'All Uppercase', 'All Lowercase', 'Sentence Case', or 'Title Case'. So we don't have to re-type it in. Especially since with the new design tool, every single letter we type is a separate 'action' and going back requires dozens of extra steps. (Please still fix this though, it used to be one 'back' action to revert these.)

I'm working on some envelopes and have a suggestion about the "Printed Background Color" option. This can be accessed either on the product window or through the "Options" in the design tool. Currently, when a custom color has been used, its swatch is included with the basic color options. However, if the customer then selects a different color, the original custom swatch is removed, leaving no way to revert to it. I think it would be helpful to keep this swatch available. Additionally, I think the "Choose your own color" feature should initially display the original custom color in the Hex code field instead of white.

Many formal wedding invitations (from other companies) come with Euro flap envelopes (rounded triangle shape). As far as I know, Zazzle only offers a straight/flat back flap. I'm trying to upload attractive in-situ mockups for my wedding invitations, however most of the up scale wedding suite mock ups use the Euro Flap in their photos. That's what I've been using for my designs, but it can be confusing for customers even though I have a disclaimer in my caption that states these aren't the envelopes you'll receive. I would really love to design the Euro flap style envelope as it seems to be a popular choice for brides.

Hi there! The recent update has significantly slowed down the workflow for high-volume creators. I propose adding a "Pro Mode" or a "Compact View" to restore efficiency. The "Idea" includes: 1. Consolidate Tabs: Bring back essential design tools and layer management into a single view to eliminate excessive clicking. 2. Template Visibility: Move the "Make this a template object" toggle back to the main design panel instead of hiding it under Selling Options. 3. High-Precision UI: Create a layout with smaller buttons and precise coordinate inputs designed for large desktop monitors, not mobile touchscreens. Why this is needed: Sellers productivity has dropped by more than 50% with the new "mobile-first" interface. And this new interface also confuses buyers, and they ask sellers questions about how to use it. Dear Zazzle, we need a tool that functions like a professional workstation, not a mobile app. So, please bring back the old version or fix the new interface. Thank you very much in advance.

There should be a notification to us regarding the products that are replaced. They sit among other "saved designs", and there's no way to know for sure if anything has been done yet or not. It often becomes confusing to me because the saved designs means you go from there to actually work on them. If you go to the "replaced products" from the saved designs, I think it the next message from Zazzle states, "Do I want to still work on them?" ...Well, how should I know if it's been replaced or not?? This is why the replaced products should either have a notification or a separate place, once they are literally fixed/replaced to let us know something, before we're wasting your time, repeating the process over and over again.

Please Please Please can we have more coloured t-shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies to choose from when creating products. The choice we have is terrible. Printify, for example, have over 20 different colours to choose from! If other POD companies can do it, so can Zazzle! Also, can we please have some pants for men - specifically work-out shorts and track pants would be awesome. Thank you.

I am happy that Zazzle has added curtains to their product line. My suggestion is that they also add ruffled curtains with a valence. Something that would be good for nursery windows and kitchen windows. I'm sure they would be a hit with customers. Here is an example of the type of curtains I had in mind: https://www.amazon.com/Kitchen-Curtain-Valance-Harvest-Thanksgiving/dp/B0CBPPXRMW/ref=sr_1_208?

Earlier this week, one of my designs was rejected with the reason "an image and/or text that is not suitable for printing...". It turned out to be a typo in my tags that accidentally created a bad word 😟. In the past, I've had two other designs rejected due to tag words I wasn't aware were copyrighted. This time, it went straight to review and I received an instant email, so I'm guessing a new automated text scanning system is in place. It's quite alarming receiving a violations email, since it doesn't tell you what the reason is, and you have to ask. It made me think that for copyright or unsuitable words, it would be much better if a warning appeared when you attempt to publish your design, similar to how it works when you forget to check a box. This way, you could see the word highlighted and fix it straight away. I wonder if that's possible?

Hi! I know Zazzle has cuff links, and that pocket squares have been suggested before, but I think it would be nice to market a full groom's/groomsmen wedding set together. While looking at ties from fashion companies on Pinterest, I noticed some market these as a set. I would still offer ties as standalone, since some ties aren't designed or suitable for weddings. Regarding the pocket square, I know we have smaller scarf and bandana versions, but the sizing still differs a bit. I'm also not sure customers would envision pocket squares while looking at these products. Anyway, it might be interesting to look at the feasibility of this offering as a way to boost sales for wedding-related men's products. Thanks in advance for listening.

I had a customer chat me to request a larger size of gift tag. "2 1/2 x 4 1/2 or bigger" She also wanted a smaller quantity of them. (maybe if there was a bigger size, the minimum quantity could be less?) She is going to try the smallest size of flat card and punching her own hole in it, but I wanted to pass this along for Zazzle review!

I’m suggesting that Zazzle offer its own in‑house creative tool for generating platform‑approved lifestyle scenes and product mockups. It would allow creators to work confidently within Zazzle’s guidelines. It would also save time because we wouldn’t have to leave the platform, create images elsewhere, save them, and upload them back into our media library. Everything could be done in one place. No major POD platform currently offers an internal creative tool built directly into the design dashboard, and none provide a way for creators to build custom lifestyle scenes without relying on external services. Most platforms still depend on static stock photos, fixed templates, or third‑party tools that require creators to leave the site. If Zazzle introduced its own in‑house system even as a subscription‑based option it would become the first POD to lead the industry in this area. It would show that Zazzle is committed to supporting creators with modern tools that match today’s digital landscape. Creators are already paying a lot of money for outside tools that no longer work reliably. An internal Zazzle solution would save money, time, and frustration and it would keep creators working inside Zazzle instead of bouncing between multiple platforms trying to find something that still functions. Zazzle could even offer a limited free version of the tool and then a Pro tier for around $9.99 a month, giving creators an affordable way to access more advanced mockup features while keeping the basic tools available to everyone. I think an in‑house creative tool would benefit the entire community.

When you add a product to a collection through either the product page or when posting it for sale, the product always appears in the collection with the default merchandising settings instead of the chosen ones. There is a work around - if you post it to the collection from the products list in your store rather than from the individual product page, the collection will show your chosen settings, but it totally defeats the purpose of being able to add it to a collection when posting. It would be SUPER helpful if products could maintain their chosen settings when shown in a collection. Likewise, if you edit the product merchandising settings - like you change the default size or paper etc., those settings are NOT reflected inside of the collection. The only way to get the new settings into the collection is to delete the product from the collection, then search for the product in the products list in your store and add it back from there. It's really a huge time waster for something that should fairly simple and straightforward. It would be really great if this issue could get fixed.

Maybe this is just me, and I'm not sure how long it has been since this menu was moved/created, but at least 3-4 dozen times every day I accidentally mouse over it, at which point it expands to cover up the entire screen, and it drives me absolutely crazy! I certainly understand that you want to make it as easy as possible for customers to find things, and I totally support that, but I'm wondering if there could be some way that designers could turn it off while we're working so that it isn't quite so disruptive.

I am sorry, but it is very unprofessional looking. I am not just speaking from a designer side on this. I was on Google doing some personal shopping and saw some Zazzle items on the results that fit what I was looking for. Upon clicking on them, all I see are these products across the page when it loaded. I had to scroll down to actually look at the product I had clicked through to see. Excuse me...but how freakin' aggravating it must be for other customers as well. Not to mention having to scroll past all the other products showcased below the one I was interested in just to see the product information. I am sorry, but I think this is a complete hinderance from the shopping side of things for the customer. I know this has already been discussed in the forums, and I understand how awful this is from the designer's side of things. But i just got first hand experience being a customer and it definitely was not a great impression. I felt bombarded and immediately wanted to hit the back button to return to the Google search results. Zazzle, please seriously reconsider the placements of the "extra products" you are trying to throw in customers faces and be considerate of the products that the customer expects to see when clicking through to an item they already were interested in enough to click through in the first place. Sorry for the rant but it is what it is.
