There’s no options to design a popsicle sleeve in my store. I’d love for that opportunity as moms are always asking me where we got ours!

I would like to suggest drop shadow for elements and shapes! I am so close to being able to graphic design all my products within the design tool needing only to upload images 😆

I know I can search for Optimization Needed using the drop down/Product Visibility button but that only shows products that haven't been viewed for 15 months and over, but I'd like to keep ahead of the game and catch products before they get to that point. I'd like to suggest an added date search in the sort drop down box that sorts by the least viewed date (opposite of Last Viewed date - stale date? ) When I'm updating products tags/descriptions/promos etc - the way I'm doing it now is sort by "last viewed date" sort then scroll to the bottom where the Page 1 of whatever and clicking to the last page and working back. It's a lot of clicks and scrolling Thank you for considering!

I may be missing something, but as far as I can tell, there is no option to "Make all products public" at one time. If I am wrong about this, please let me know how I can do this. If there is no such option, please consider adding it if possible. Thank you.

Since the Laptop Sleeves can only be designed on one side, we need to have information added to the description as to what color the backside of the sleeve is. I am assuming it is black. Years ago we had that info in the product description, but it has been omitted in the most updated description. I am sure that customers would like to know the color of the backside of these sleeves and could be a determining factor in their decision to purchase one. https://www.zazzle.com/american_wigeon_duck_on_pond_laptop_sleeve-256877155267994090

I'd like to suggest a way for designers to get discounted product samples for the purpose of authentic content marketing. Before April 1, if I wanted to create product videos (which it seems that Zazzle is highly interested in us making?) for my Instagram, I would purchase my own products. They would naturally be discounted because I could rely on the self referral. Since self referrals are unreliable (*almost impossible*) to get anymore, it doesn't really make sense to do that now. On top of earnings being cut with the new fees, I can't also be purchasing samples at full price with reduced royalties AND no referral. Another casualty of the new system. (I'm sure it would need to be a separate program since obviously designing and purchasing something yourself is the whole point of Zazzle.) Maybe it's a program where designers need to apply and prove their social media presence (or wherever they are marketing)? Or maybe it's a perk of reaching a certain level of sales? Or credits earned somehow? It's worth considering if you want authentic video content and not just AI generated or 'slideshows with transitions' type videos (which honestly probably work fine on the product pages but they will not get any traction in the social media world). If the future here is geared towards affiliate and self promotions, and you put more weight in video content, then designers need some help to do that efficiently. Thanks for considering!

I'm not sure how to explain this issue, but the vast majority of my products have artwork that extends beyond the bleed, so it gets the little yellow alert - which is fine, I know to just ignore it. The problem is that anything with the yellow alert thing also gets highlighted in pink, so it makes it hard to figure out which layer is active. Literally dozens of times every day I end up deleting or copying or moving the wrong layer because I think that the artwork is the active layer when it isn't. Here's a screenshot: The active layer is really the text at the bottom, but on first glance it looks like the artwork is active. Could it maybe just have the yellow alert without the outline, or change the color of the outline to a thin gray line or something to make it visually clear that the artwork is not the active layer here.

We definitely need the ability to type in all or a portion of a font name to get right to it without having to scroll through the beautiful but extremely long list of fonts, even with their current categories!

I see a post requesting this from back in 2022 but again, please consider adding a Unisex category to the t-shirt category options. The "other" category doesn't seem right so I end up listing under clothes and shoes, in order to avoid making two shirts, one for guys, one for gals. Thanks

I’d like to bring up something that could really enhance the customer and designer experience on this platform. Making it easier for customers to request custom design help directly from us would be a great step forward. I often receive messages from customers asking for personalized tweaks or full custom layouts, and I’ve noticed something important. When I take the time to work with them, they come back. Custom design has led to loyal, repeat customers who trust my shop and return for future occasions. That kind of relationship is valuable for both designers and Zazzle. But currently there’s no real structure in place to support it. Everything happens behind the scenes, and it’s not always easy or clear for customers to know they can ask for help. Imagine how helpful it would be if there were a built-in option for customers to request a customization. Something as simple as a button that alerts the designer and opens up a way to respond with terms or a quote. This could even lead to a dedicated revenue stream for both the designer and the platform. If other designers have had similar experiences, I’d love to hear how you’ve handled it. And to the Zazzle team, this seems like a missed opportunity to make your platform even more collaborative and customer-friendly.

Dear Zazzle Team, Please consider adding a custom domain option for storefronts, like Etsy offers. It would help sellers build a stronger brand and promote their stores more professionally. Thank you for your continued support and innovation!

I'd like to suggest a flexible bundle option for 5x7 folded holiday cards: customers can select any cards within the same price range to create a personalized set of 6, 12, or 24 holiday cards offered at an introductory price of 15% off (before tax). This promotion would run as a pre-season sale, helping customers stock up early and celebrate the spirit of the season. The discount would apply only to the bundle pricing and not combined with other Zazzle promotions. Features and Benefits Here are some key features of the mix and match folded 5x7 holiday cards. Customers can choose their favorite designs mix themes or stick with one style. Select duplicates for consistent mailing or choose a variety for unique recipients. All cards in the bundle are within the same price tier for easy checkout. Introductory promo encourages early holiday shopping and larger orders Now here are the benefits: Personalization: create a thoughtful selection for family, friends, clients. Savings: enjoy 15% off without waiting for seasonal sales. Convenience: one transaction, multiple designs, beautifully bundled. Flexibility: great for upcoming holidays, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas. This holiday card bundle suggestion would make it very easy for customers to shop and stock up on their holiday cards. So what do you think of this suggestion?. I did shop around and found that many online stores including Etsy offer the bundled holiday card option for their customers.

Zazzle has everything but sheets to go with the bedding. If I would buy to redo my bedding room and bathroom Zazzle would have pillows, pillowcases, Duvet cover, blankets, lamps, wallpaper, shower curtains, bathmat, towels, candles, clock, wall plate but no sheets. Who would do a bedroom to match and not match the sheets too. Would love to see sheets added to Zazzle products.

It is so time consuming to post each design to Pinterest or other social media platforms one at a time and you are only allowed but so many at a time that make it a pain in the behind taking time to go back and post later. I would love to see it when we can choose to post all our designs to Pinterest or other social media platforms by simply turning on a toggle switch for that site or sites at the same time and as you create it automatically post to that site. Just set the toggle button and forget it all is done for you. You have a section to post to these sites already the problem is you have to do one at a time manually that is a problem big time. I already take hours just creating and I find having to post and keep up with it takes away from why I am here on Zazzle in the first place to design the hours I need to think and create are gone not to mention I cannot do this 24 hours a day I do have a life too. I think it would benefit Zazzle the artists and designers for posting to sites to be automatic to sites of the artists and designers' choice (toggle switch automatic upload to sites). Would make more time to actually make better designs and have a life too.

I would like to see Zazzle add a new product for us to sale both in girls and women's sizes all over print nightgown and robes. There are so many cute ways to design artwork for them. I can think of a million ways to design for them. When I shop for my granddaughter, there are not too many cute nightgowns out there. Everyone uses them so there is a demand for them. My granddaughter has Autism but wears a women's medium most medium sizes are not always friendly for her to grownup of a theme. It would have to be an allover print not just a box in the front of the nightgown same for robes. All over prints are just cuter. So many fantastic artists and designers are on this site I can just imagine the beautiful and fun nightgown and robes that could be created. Different kinds of all over print nightgown example T-shirt nightgown (teens would love that), regular nightgowns and robes. Would love to see these products come to Zazzle.

The community forum feels overdue for a reset. Not because disagreement exists that's a sign of life but because how we engage has shifted. Sarcasm, passive digs, tone-policing… they’ve started to undermine thoughtful dialogue. Silence is used to dismiss. Shade is used to control. That’s not community that’s performative pecking order. Today, a creator messaged me privately to share her concerns. She gave me permission to speak on her behalf but that alone is a red flag. No one should need a spokesperson to feel safe expressing their thoughts. Everyone deserves a place at the table. That is the clearest reason yet for a forum reset. Tone isn't the problem. Disrespect is. If a post doesn’t resonate with you? Scroll on. If someone’s approach isn’t your thing? Let it be. If your reply doesn’t add clarity or encouragement? Consider holding it. This isn’t a call for forced cheer. It’s a call for emotional maturity. A space where creators seasoned, new, bold, quiet can share without feeling like they’re being measured for sport. Leading with clarity shouldn’t be met with coldness. Politeness shouldn’t invite silence. And thoughtful critique shouldn’t have to wear armor. Let’s rebuild the tone from the inside out. Let’s speak with purpose, not perform for status. And I’ll be the first to admit: when my words are twisted or I’m accused of something as serious as fraud, I will defend myself. That’s not drama. That’s dignity. But the fact that creators feel they have to defend themselves just to participate? That’s the real issue and it needs to stop for this forum to thrive. Calling out to Creators and Moderators > Is it time to change the tone and reset the community forum?

While web is so clugged from errors and scammers of any kind, I suggest bank transfer royaties payments. Actually therea are only 2 options available for Creators/Designers: - Paypal (I never had problem with that, I use it since decades, it's the excellence for online payments, but recently I noticed something anomalous on it too...) - Check (Too hold method. Have I to wait a paper check by post from U.S.A. 😮 ?) Hope you understand?

I tried that background removal. I give 7 points. It does well but I think it needs tweaking. The edges around the subject should be a bit sharper and also some of the subject of importance disappears. It's not bad, and it has a lot of potential.

I used to have the Zazzle Earnings app on my phone and found it really helpful for checking sales and referrals quickly. I deleted it by mistake and now I can’t find it anywhere. Others who still have it can use it, but it’s no longer in the App Store. Zazzle, would you consider bringing it back or adding full earnings tracking to the main app? Anyone else miss it?

Please provide the following benefit to Zazzle customers: Create a block against new shops using the name ZAZZLE anywhere in their shop name URL. Seeing shops such as these surely is confusing to customers, who most likely think they are dealing directly with the company, and not with a random creator. Bonus Points for finding and shutting down some of the already existing shops. I have found a few which have ZAZZLE__THIS or ZAZZLE____THAT in the URL or shop title (or both) and offer nothing but a series of blank products.
