I would like to be able to download a png and/ or a jpg from my library in the same resolution px size etc  that I uploaded it. I wanted to use one of my png images this evening. There was no way that I could find to download the exact same image I uploaded specs wise. I suppose I could take precious time to enlarge it with software. But trying to remove the background away from the png pretty much pushes me over the edge. It's often not too clean. I know the helpers get to layer etc with our product components. So...it would not require Zazzle new technology. to let creators receive the same access A helper can replicate one of our images on their computer layer by layer. I suggest adding a hexagonal shape to the Acrylic Coaster Sets that Zazzle already has. I recently came across one at a physical store and immediately fell in love with it and purchased it. Maybe I am missing it but I can't seem to find the vertical display / view for tissue paper.  All I see is horizontal and honestly it does not help the customer to see what they are buying.    Could Zazzle merchandising make this happen.  This tissue paper was a best seller for me, but after the update that did not offer vertical , sales have gone south.  I don't think its the design but do think sales are off due to inability to see it vertical...you have to tilt your head or move around your phone or laptop to see it...I think easy to view is best.  Show a vertical option on selling page and marketplace.  I have too many to count tissue paper designs that are shown as horizontal and should be shown as vertical at my store.    ... It would be really fantastic if Zazzle could offer Electric Range Covers that one can customize with their images and text. I use them all the time on my electric range to cover the burners. They come in a standard set of 4, with two 8" and two 10" round covers. I think it would be great if when we create a new product that we get the item for free, so we can see the quality, colors, placement and sizing of images, so if there is a problem it can be corrected. I have paid for many a product only to discover there is an issue and then I have to go back and correct. It would be helpful if you could add basic frames to your elements (square/rectangular and circle/oval) that allow you to set the FIT property on the image instead of the FILL one, which is actually the default. You want to use the FIT property when creating frames/placeholders for logos and other images that have to fit entirely within the boundaries without being cut. Until now, you can use simple images or shapes as templates, but frames would be a nice-to-have option if this is your new strategy for template imagery. Thank you! ... View more

Hello! It would be great if the margins and layout adjustments of the design occurred automatically when customers select their desired size. Currently, the only effective and high-quality method is to manually create and adapt the design for each button size. For instance, the standard button design fits the larger size, but it doesn’t optimize the usable space according to the margins. I hope we can address this issue. The new frames feature is really confusing when you just want to use a basic shape like a circle or a square. Those options are available when you first click on the shapes tab: To me, it isn't clear that you can actually click on one of those from this menu - I thought they were just examples, so I naturally clicked on "view all" to, you know, view ALL of the available options. BUT once you click on "view all" there's no way to access these basic shapes, the only way to get them back is to click the back arrow at the top to go back to the main frames menu. I find this really confusing! There should be a "basic shapes" section at the top of "view all" that has squares, rectangles, circles, ovals etc.  ... View more

I'm wondering if we could have the option of adding a short description in our store categories and sub-categories, just as we do in collections? It could be useful when products could (theoretically) go in multiple categories or stores, but are only in one. E.g. if you have a party category in one store, and a different store for Graduations, you could add a note in the party category to say your grad party supplies can be found in your other store.   Maybe Zazzle should start a new board dedicated to “Upcoming Changes” on Zazzle and actually proactively and regularly keep it updated about changes that are expected,  as well as when they actually get underway. When migrations, such as the many that were announced in paper products are about to get underway, it would be hugely helpful to give designers a heads up when the process actually starts as well as what to expect while it’s happening.  There has been so much recent confusion, turmoil and hand wringing, not to mention ill will, with designers left in the dark as witnessed by posts in many threads. It would be great if the Home & Living cross-sell collections would be formatted like the Event and Business Cross-sell collections. It's super helpful to be able to see other variations of the same product directly underneath a product. Especially for pillows, where we might have several coordinating pillows in a collection that people would potentially want to buy together.  I realize that it would be impossible to make "grouped" products for every conceivable subcategory under Home & Living, but the major things like pillows, mugs, bedding, and bathroom could have their groups. Backpack - Fanny pack - Sling bag - Duffel bag - Accessory pouch - Toiletry Bag are all grouped together and it is annoying every time you have to go in and fix every item to make them fit right it is so time consuming.  Please ungroup them or make it where they are on all the products the correct way not where I have to go in and adjust them to all the products myself. If I want to post all 6 items, I have to go into every item and make a total of 36 adjustment every time just to list 6 items. Please see how to fix this or please separate them. It would be great if we could have a button for viewing the public view of collections right from the Collection management tab. Currently, we have to click on a collection, then click on the "View on Zazzle." It would save a step if we didn't have to go to the collection management first. (Yes, I know we can view the collections page in the public view, and then click on each one, but that's still an extra step, then we have to go back to management if we need to make changes.
