During this technical issue of the missing EP's occurred I was looking at my public Products page. It was such a lovely treat to see my "true" popular products without the EP's cluttering up the top of the order. I love when a new sold product or a product that has not sold before is also featured on our first page of the Products tab. Don't get me wrong I really am grateful I have a few EP's but in reality my EP's are not my popular sold products. What Zazzle chooses to promote with EP's in my experience are rarely my best selling products. So please consider removing the EP's from our public Products page. Just a suggestion. 😉

It would be great if we had an option in the design tool to select a particular color by hex code, and then change all of that color on the whole product, whether it is text, and element, or SVG. It would make doing new colorways extremely fast and easy. At the very least, please let us manually select all those elements together at once and still be able to change the color. As it is now, if we have an SVG and text selected together, we can't change the color.

I would like to see watch faces, and charms in more shapes and colors. It would also be nice to have holiday ornaments in more shapes and sizes for more holidays. I would also like to see handbag extension straps and charms and multiple varieties of purses, coin purses and wallet styles.

I love that Zazzle has started offering engraving options on some products. I had always thought that the option for embossed or raised print would be really nice as an option for invitations. This would be especially elegant for Wedding invitations. Just a suggestion.

May any people fold their kitchen towels in thirds (like me). The view Zazzle uses now is at an angle, and it skews the view. Is there a way we could show kitchen towels in situ with a fold in thirds straight on? Thanks

Another neat idea that would be very useful is to create a way to allow us to download multiple products from inside a collection---all at one time—to use for media and headers instead of doing them all one by one. This would make everything so much easier and save so much time.

Why did Zazzle remove the HTML code for promoting other creators' products? I would like to request that this option be reinstated. I’m not sure when Zazzle stopped offering this feature, but in the past, you could easily grab the HTML code for any product created by other creators and add it to your website as an affiliate. Now, this functionality is only available for our own products in the backend. Although I still add other creators' products to my website, I have to manually create the HTML code, which is quite time-consuming. Zazzle does have an affiliate program, and as creators, we also benefit when we promote other creators' products. In other words, when you sign up for Zazzle, you can have a store and be an affiliate. Zazzle Stores https://linktr.ee/SandyMDesigns

Something like "Your product features content which requires review. Are you sure you wish to proceed?" A "delete" from the Under Review queue feature has already been suggested, it could complement that. If "delete" has been judged unviable, my suggestion could be an alternative. I suggest this because I have an item stuck in the "Under Review" queue. It has a Latin word on it which has triggered the review process because the word means something different (and inappropriate) in modern English slang. I didn't spot the issue until it was too late, and I can't delete it from the queue.

There is a problem with the Front/Back In Situ on the 8.5x11 inch paper sheets. The pen is way too large for scale, and it makes the paper sheets look much smaller than they really are.

As an Invitation creator I find it very difficult now, without the detailed close up zoom that we were used to for years, to review our designs, check spellings and typos, corner alignment etc, before posting. The compact new zoom may be good for the buyers but please also provide close up zoom for the designers. Its best to provide 2 level of zoom ( just like at Etsy ) where you get the compact view with first click and the expanded close up view with the second click. Hope this request will be considered one day, thank you.

Could we please have more colour variety/options for the basic T-Shirts. I also endorse anyone who has asked for black coffee mugs. We really really need those! Thanks Brenda

Several years ago Zazzle used to have tear-away paper placemats. They were discontinued for whatever reason. I would very much like to see these make a comeback. They are excellent for events, picnics, barbecues, patio parties graduation parties, travel, etc. With the warmer weather seasons approaching, I believe these would make a good seller.

Hi. I've mentioned this before, but I believe it needs repeating- how about Zazzle offering sets of burp cloths, rather than selling them individually. For example, a set of 4 or 6 burp cloths with the option to design each one individually. It just makes sense. Also, the same thing with baby jump suits (onesies) Give the customer the option to purchase a set of them, each individually designed.

A design tool request/suggestion - the ability to adjust the radius of each corner of a shape instead of having them all uniform. Since arches are especially in right now, it would be nice to be able to just round off the top of the rectangle rather than having to upload that shape. Thanks for considering!

Alphabetical orders are critical for many products related to proper names, such as baby names, personal names, school names, town names, etc. Currently, products within a category on the public front can be only sorted by: Popularity (default) Newest Price For a category with names being the critical element of the title, shoppers can't find the products by scrolling through a random mix without sorting products by alphabetical order. Even if you create a super narrow category such as "Names starting with A", potentially there will be hundreds of names with A. In reality, we can't have 26 categories, each with one letter. If we have a category such as "A - D", for example, there will be so many products in chaotic order it not sorted by "Title A - Z". Currently, shop owners can sort these products by alphabetical order but only in the back end. On the public front, products are sorted by popularity by default, making the store such a random mess, discouraging shoppers to browse as they can't find the exact names. Then, after seeing the random mix (sorted by popularity), there is no option for them to sort by alphabetical order. Even if shoppers know the exact names they are shopping for, the search box would be their only means to find products in such a random mix. And it's not ideal, as it eliminates the opportunity for shoppers to browse. I hope Zazzle would implement 2 features: Allow shoppers to sort products by alphabetical order. Most effective solution: Allow shop owners to set which sorting order to be the default, including the alphabetical order. I understanding sorting by popularity is a business strategy for many stores. But this strategy does not work for products where proper names are critical. Only shop owners would know which category needs the alphabetical order as they know their products and their intended shoppers best. Zazzle can still leave the Popularity sorting as a default in the back end, as it is a good practice; but please allow an option for us to present our category in alphabetical order to the public when it makes sense. As of now, we have no such option. Please take this suggestion into consideration! Messy stores are not attractive to shoppers. Many thanks! Best regards, Dandy

It takes a very long time to go into every sub-sub-sub category and delete them before you can delete your main categories. Here is an example from my store. The subcategory is 7 levels deep, and you have to click on the Categories tab within each one to get to the next level, so it would take 14 clicks, plus 2 to confirm delete, to get to delete that subcategory. Over many categories, this takes a long time. If the categories are empty - have no products in them - then I don't see why we shouldn't be able to delete a category and all the empty sub-categories within it. It would really help me re-organise stores with poorly designed categories. ALSO, having to edit categories in this way means opening a lot of tabs, which seems to trigger Zazzle's 'Are You A Bot' popup, which REFUSES to close for me no matter how many attempts or if i log out / clear cookies.

In many churches, ladies must veil their heads - usually it's optional, but it is traditional. Veils like these are becoming more and more popular in Catholic churches. I'd love to be able to design some! https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CJ9KKXKH/?

When I get a cancellation, a million questions go through my mind, that I can never answer. Only Zazzle can provide us with this information. I think it's vital for the designer to know whether something was wrong with the design. But if it was returned for another reason on Zazzle's side, we wouldn't need to know, nor if the person simply decided they didn't want the product for their own reasons. But if there was a problem with the design, us designers need Zazzle to inform us so that we can fix the problem to prevent future reoccurrences. Also, we can learn from this. I feel this is very important, and I wish Zazzle would start implementing it.
