Favor Box is included among Recommended Products for Kid Birthday Party Suites. I don't understand why not for Adults too, I suppose it was an involuntary omission, not intentional. A major disadvantage of not having it as a Recommended Product is that the other Favor Box variants (e.g. other box shapes) in the same cross-selling collection don't appear under it as "Other styles for this product". And the design transfers very badly between two different favor box shapes (e.g. between tent and gable). Adult favor boxes sell pretty well AFAIK. If there's not an easy way to see this (please let me know if I've overlooked it) then it would be super beneficial to have this function in the new customizer. When I look at the layers, I wish I could see at a glance or a hover what has been made a template object. As it is right now (as far as I can tell), I have to click twice to see if I've templated something. We also used to be able to see that quickly and easily on the product page. It would be great if instead of the customer view page of our collections, the collection page would appear to the customer like it does when we edit them, where the styles are grouped together, similar to the way cross selections show on the product page. It would be great if we could have a ‘down vote’ option for posts and comments, similar to Reddit (aka opposite of the ‘Kudos’). I would imagine it is best if it remained anonymous and did not show names like the kudos.  I know a lot of people are not comfortable commenting on ideas or suggestions by other users, but still want the Zazzle team to know when they do not agree with an idea being potentially implemented.  I believe this would cut down on friction within the forum when people disagree with a post or comment.  I’m not sure how much the Zazzle team listens to the suggestions in the various feeds, but I think it’s important that they not only see the ‘kudos’ in favor, but also when users would not like to see something implemented on the site. Currently the only option is to publicly post a comment, which can often times lead to further disagreements.  While I think open dialogue is important, not everyone is comfortable opening themselves up to criticism or getting into arguments for disagreeing. ... Please make it to where we can delete a layer by highlighting it in the layers tab. Currently, if I click on a layer under the layers tab and want to delete it, I have to right click on the actual element in the design to reach the delete button. Sometimes this highlights a different element in the design instead of the one I want to delete. It would be so much easier if we could right click on the layer under the layers tab and get the copy paste delete options to show up there. Also, I tried clicking on the layer in the layers tab and pressing the delete key on my keyboard hoping that would work...but nothing.   ... View more

This back end filter does have the Discontinued option but it would be nice to check occasionally when some things are Out of Stock.  As of this morning 6/11/26, I just noticed Duvets and Pillowcases were out.  I don’t know when this happened, (I just searched for Duvets and they are unsearchable).  I know this may come and go quickly (replenish) so maybe this isn’t a big deal.  If there is a way to search the Out of Stock option elsewhere I’m unaware of it.  On a side note: flip flops are searchable and able to design on them but out of stock for years!?     ... I found a business card for a realtor today while I was out and about and thought it was a really cool option we could be offering any professional who wants to really stand out. This one had printing on both sides and this particular one had rounded corners.  This would be considered a premium product as a vital alternative to just a business card as usual. The card I found is about the thickness of a credit card and is the same size as a credit card. I think it is vital that they be offered with rounded corners by default since these are plastic... don't want any sharp corners I can see these being given out to: club members,  business professionals as business cards, as VIP memberships / cards, as special event entry cards, as business cards, etc. ... This change in the design tool makes it impossible for me to work. Please, Zazzle, undo this. I can not see what I'm doing. It was perfectly good before when we could see the colors and design as is, not this gray layer on top. And the "safe zone" text could be a legend on one corner/under the tabs? I have a number of wedding programs on flat paper sheets that are designed to be folded by the customer. On these programs, I've restricted the media to the thin matte paper because customer feedback has told me that it's really difficult for them to fold the semi-gloss (cardstock) paper. However, even when I've restricted the merchandising options to "this size and media only" the product previews are still showing the paper type image: I think this is going to confuse the customer because there is no place for them to choose the paper, nor does it even show them which type of paper is being used. Please remove this image when it isn't relevant, and it would also be great if they could get a description of the paper being used even when it's restricted to one media type. I've been looking at the PhotoPop graduation cards with the date/text in the background and the photo subject placed in front.  Photos are automatically layered and background removed.  So easy for the customer.  I've read that doing this manually is hard for customers to understand.  PhotoPop's designs are impressive, dramatic and really hard to compete with.  I would love to be able to sell designs like this with automatic layering!   What do you think, Zazzle?  Could this technique be available to all designers some day? ...
