I would like to suggest an improvement for the default product mockups on Zazzle. For many products, it is currently difficult for customers to see at a glance what the item actually is. Examples include bath mats, bedding, coasters, tiles, light switch covers, etc. Often, these look like a flat digital file rather than a physical product in a real-world setting. If a designer chooses not to create custom Cover Photos, Zazzle should provide better, high-quality default mockups that show the product in its natural environment (e.g., a bath mat on a floor, or a tile on a wall). This would improve the customer experience and help our products stand out without the extra manual work of creating individual mockups for every single item.

Agree!  Would love to see more product mock-ups from Zazzle that we can choose from per item, to be the default realview image, like for the bath mats and bedding, pillowcases, baby shirts, ribbons, headbands, dog pillows, kitchen accessories such as tableclothes, placemats, mugs, teapots, tumblers, 360 Wall Decals, etc. any items that do not currently have any mock-up images via realviews in real-life situations.  That way it's more consistent for customers too of the items displayed actually "matching" the item shown via Zazzle's mock-ups of the flat images and realview images, and in real-life settings, and of what they will receive in their orders.  Afterall, every Zazzle designer is designing on the same exact "blank" items offered by Zazzle, to make their own creative designs on within their own stores, yet oftentimes there's a big discrepancy in what these same product items can look like via the Zazzle product mock-ups vs. someone's own product mock-ups shown to customers.  It must look confusing at times to prospective customers.

I do not do my own mock-ups.  Too many non-Zazzle mockups via the Marketplace (though some are very nice), many do not seem to always "match" the same look and exact spec details of the actual flat item, or they don't match the defaut product mock-up from Zazzle that they have say of a women wearing a shirt, or of a tote bag, or a baby bib, or baby shirt details, etc.  Purchasing an item based off the non-Zazzle mock-up of it that may of caught my eye and that I liked, and then noticing it looks different with some details after receiving the item, I would not be happy with that from any company.

A year or more ago I requested Zazzle to please put more of their own product mock-ups and to add "real-life" settings for Tablecloths to choose from as the defaut, as looking at the little bit you can see of them in various sizes via the flat images and the odd small corner table image, there are no images to show them on an actual full-sized table, or in a kitchen/dining room setting to better "visualize" the tablecloth designs on tables and to see how they drape over the sides, in order to have a better idea of how they would look on your own table within your own home!  Tableclothes are also used by vendors for craft shows, trade shows, wedding receptions, etc.  (And I requested more tablecloth shapes and sizes, as people have tables in rectangle, but also round, oval, oblong, square).  Same as other stores have, and they show the different tablecloth shapes and sizes on mock-ups in real-life settings via their sites, and pictured on their item packaging.  It would be nice for Zazzle to offer more tablecloth shapes and sizes -- And to show "real-life" situation mock-ups please of items to prospective customers!  Thank you

Thank you for your long answer. I agree there are many nice items from Zazzle, but I can´t see what they look like in Situ. So lets see, if Zazzle is making some better Mockups and improvements. Another point to mentioned, is what kind of big server Zazzle needs, for all our cover photos. If Zazzle makes nicer mockups in situ with all products they offer, designers don´t have to do it and they have more time for designing.

Why couldn't Zazzle just allow us Creators the option of using the Product Media Manager to crop their existing product in-situ's if, for example, it's a little far way so the design isn't clear, like on the post it note in-situ's. That way Zazzle doesn't have to do anything. Let's us  crop with Media Manager.
