Individualized Coasters

I created an individualized coaster that has had 878 views. So I think it's an attractive idea. But to be honest, I didn't think it through. The customer will have to make a separate order for each guest and the minimum order is 6 coasters. This becomes cost prohibitive and labor intensive for large weddings. I have a serious customer who wanted to order the coasters, but her guest list is 123.

My idea is to create a format similar to customized envelopes where the customer can enter each guest name into a template with one order.

Are you talking about the paper coasters?

If so, would it be possible to leave a blank space where the name would go, so that the customer can just hand write the name on each coaster? It would still entail some extra work, but at least she isn't wasting money on 5 extra coasters for every guest.

Thank you for the idea! I thought of writing in the names as well, but it kind of defeats the purpose of having customized print work.
