Is there any way to make gift messages more prominent? I've sent a few things to people who claim they had NO IDEA who the product came from. Anyone else experience this?
(And yes - gift message text was added during the buy process). 😟
Yes, this has happened to me many times when sending gifts; and I always fill out the gift message info. One recipient even had to post on FB to try to find out who sent the gift to his little daughter.
I sent some Christmas towels to an Aunt. She asked around to friends/family she thought it might be from with no success. When we talked to her a few weeks later, she said, "Oh! The mystery is solved! It was you!"
