Make the die cut stickers findable

Could you make the die cut stickers findable when you are transferring a design? I put in stickers and they are not there. I've tried decal, vinyl, kiss cut, and die cut as options and nothing comes up. I checked all the office supplies categories and not there! So it makes me think they dont exist anymore but I see them when searching to buy stuff. What the heck is the official name of these and why are they not in an obvious category like crafts or office supplies.

It's kind of a weird place to find them but I think these are the ones you mean that I found under electronics? 

It would be logical to find them by searching stickers ..... they're certainly used for more than laptops.
