Today I was searching for a way to change my payment method on the Zazzle black settings.  My payment method was outdated, so I wanted to auto renew it with the correct account.  There is no where to do this in the account level.  So, I had to delete the old payment method, hence dropping my auto renewal payment.  If I could've changed it within my account, it would be simple for me.  I suppose deleting the old, and then adding the new will have to do, but seems odd today for this to be.  There are more reasons today than ever that we would have to change our payment methods.  I just think it would be more customer friendly and easier, to control our payment method on the account level, instead of bugging a customer service rep or doing what I just did.

Many thanks for your suggestion, I can certainly see how this would be more user-friendly.

What we usually recommend in this instance is switching off the auto-renewal of your current Zazzle Black membership, so that the renewal is not attempted on an inactive payment method.

Then, once the current membership expires, you can sign back up with the new payment method either at checkout on placing a new order, or manually through the Zazzle Black sign up page. 

However, I do understand your suggestion and how it would be beneficial, so I'll be more than happy to pass it along to our Team 🙂
