Today I was searching for a way to change my payment method on the Zazzle black settings. My payment method was outdated, so I wanted to auto renew it with the correct account. There is no where to do this in the account level. So, I had to delete the old payment method, hence dropping my auto renewal payment. If I could've changed it within my account, it would be simple for me. I suppose deleting the old, and then adding the new will have to do, but seems odd today for this to be. There are more reasons today than ever that we would have to change our payment methods. I just think it would be more customer friendly and easier, to control our payment method on the account level, instead of bugging a customer service rep or doing what I just did.
